   I had an excellent experience via EricBowes&Co Solicitors. Specifically with Mr Gurbinder Gill the Solicitor who represented me in a Housing related matter. I was working to a very tight timeline and was concerned I would not meet the Court’s deadline. Mr Gill set to work immediately; once he had assessed my case. Mr Gill, ensured matters were expedited and filed the necessary legal documents before the deadline. After that it was smooth sailing; his knowledge and meticulous drafting of legal documents meant the Defendant eventually settled matters, without the need for me to attend Court. I was overjoyed!! Mr Gill was extremely professional, he kept me updated at every turn, communicated honestly and transparently. His wisdom and experience in Housing legislation is impressive. It is very difficult to find and obtain Solicitors with integrity. Finding Mr Gill was a blessing. I highly recommend Mr Gill, he is such a humble, honest and hardworking Individual ; who prioritises the best interests of his clients. Choose Mr Gurbinder Gill to be your Solicitor, he will take away your legal burdens; at the very least he will fight hard to help you obtain Justice and a positive outcome. Mr Gill your a class act.    We used Eric Bowes & Co for a second time after such good service when buying our first house. With purchasing our second home we had some issues which caused us some stress but Elaine explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood each step and were up to date with all information we needed. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and we would definitely recommend Eric Bowes to anyone. Professional service and lovely staff Thank you

   Had one of the worst experience with Eric Bowes (and particularly Elaine Townsend). They: - Forgot about documents that we (as the buyers) had to repeatedly remind them about - Didn’t reply to emails at all and ignored calls (eg we once only managed to get a reply to an email after more than 4 weeks) - Rude and unhelpful when asked questions from a first time buyer Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Eric Bowes, especially if your a first time buyer.

   Elaine helped us buy our first home and she was great and very much on the ball. Pretty much all correspondence was through email which suited me and my husband as it’s very difficult to answer our phones at work. Definitely recommend!

   Spent £200 for first initial Consultation which was a stupid irrelevant gibberish chat all David did was repeat that nothing could be done etc etc. well that is the whole point coming to a solicitor to find a legal solution . Honestly don't waste your money so many law firms offer free initial advice which is actual advice and not gibberish like this firm did. AVOID

   Would have put zero stars if I could. Incredibly slow and incompetent service. I highly recommend you do NOT use this service if you wish to deal with your situation quickly and efficiently without being extorted by unnecessary charges.

   Disgraceful service with no campassion whatsoever. They have delayed absolutely everything and anything they could to incurr additional charges by making calls and emails when they were provided with all documentation months prior to the questions. Avoid like the plague!!!
