I couldn't unscrew my nipple piercing so the piercer helped me remove it. He was very kind and professional. He gave me the days the female piercer was in incase I was uncomfortable. Would definitely come here again.
I got my first piercing done here the other day and it was a brilliant experience. I didn't catch her name but the woman who did it, walked me through it and was so friendly. She explained her technique and kept everything sterile. She gave me an aftercare booklet and was lovely to me. It was a brilliant experience and I can't fault it!

The absolute best studio in Manchester for piercings. The lady who did my piercings put me so at ease, and was really understanding and patient with me. The quality of service is extremely professional and it’s clear they value hygiene and good practice above all else. I didn’t once feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for any other piercings. Thank you!

there was no experience to be had, booked a tattoo appointment and was told I needed to place a £10 deposit for this however I could not make this work due to work commitments, after trying to reschedule multiple times to no avail I was met with no replies from their instagram despite holding my “deposit” . After no response I decided to leave it but looking back this is absolutely awful service and I will not be using this business ever again.
Absolute phenomenal customer service. Had a piercing there and person at the front took my details, explained the process and reassured me. I personally am not supper scared of getting a piercing done. This place is perfect for people needing reassurance and took care of any bleeding etc. Highly recommended
