An outstanding experience. I needed to get some piercings replaced and Sam got just what I needed, she was extremely enthusiastic about it during the entire time. After another 2 or 3 interactions I was completely sold. I'm now in the process of booking a sleeve tattoo as their tattooist is extremely talented and is fully booked for months ahead. I'll be coming back for further piercings as well. The prices are on the steep side for piercing, but you are getting high quality materials, aftercare, and piercing veteran experience throughout. Tattoos seem like an outstanding deal with discounts for full day (7h) bookings and an extremely talented team. The shop itself is very presentable, quirky, and with character, really nice place spread over 3 floors of just absolute awe at the art on the walls. Exploring the shop feels like a treat. Staff handle your piercings and you with gloves at all times, so hygienic practices seem to be all in place. My only recommendations to the shop is that they add card payments as it's now 2023 and these are not small amounts to be charged. Bank transfers are provided, but no receipt is given to you, ergo no proof or purchase on items or services rendered. I suggest something like a Zettle or similar card processing service with minimal fees. No one (sane) wants to walk around with £450 in their pocket, and customers might want to break down their tattoo service into instalments via credit cards. I'd also recommend that they review their claimed opening times on Google Maps as there have been now 3 occasions where within the days and times that the shop claims to be opened, it isn't. Both the exterior and shop doors are locked shut and lights out half the times I try to visit. Make sure to always call first on the actual day you plan to visit to ask if they will be open on the day and time you need. [Edit] I'm going to have to update this review by lowering two stars, unfortunately. I'm honestly not even sure if the business is still running as the shop is there, but it's never open when it says it should be open (google maps), the phone on Maps is an outdated landline number, and the mobile plastered on the shop window never gets picked up (I tried for weeks and on different times), they also do not respond to emails. Shame, because I really wanted more piercings from the lead lady, but as it is, I'm not sure how they're making an income when bookings are inpossible to make.

Great place! Sam (the owner) did some ear piercings for me and the experience was like no place I've ever been to. She was such a good communicator and has a very high level of precision. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable, even when the adrenaline got to me and I felt really unwell. I cannot recommend Sacred Art highly enough, I will definitely be returning

DO NOT USE!! This tattoo shop scammed me and committed fraud! I booked a reservation slot for 4 hours 2pm-6pm costing me £60 up front. I attended 20 minutes late and the front door of the store was locked! and the receptionist Sam with blonde hair who made the reservation wasn’t even there! I waited until 3:10 and no one showed up. I contacted the receptionist and they said the artist only waits 10 minutes! when I already paid for a reservation slot between 2-6 ! They refused to refund me! That’s the scam. The fraud they committed was; the receptionist Samatha manipulated me into paying by friends and family via PayPal so they could dodge taxes which is fraud and also so I could t claim my money back through PayPal, as that is a customers right if they do not receive a service.

Just had a tattoo done with Mac who also touched up and old tattoo I had done elsewhere. I was nervous at first as I have always gone to the same place but since moving I came to try out Sacred Art. The whole experience was great. Sam at the front desk was hilarious and super friendly had a great chat with her before my appointment started. I knew what I wanted but Mac gave great advice as I have been naive with past tattoos which resulted in needing a touch up! He made my old tattoo look miles better and I’m really happy with the results. Looking forward to coming again
