   I’m a wheelchair user and I went to my appointment today for a couple of tattoos done by Paul he’s a amazing gentleman made me feel so at ease in his company plus he’s a fantastic tattoo artist does a really professional job very experienced and what I likabout my appointment the most is he told me exactly what he was going to do before he did it he prepared me well and did what he had to do quicker than I thought he would of done I had 1 brand new tattoo and 3 tattoos brightened up with a couple of add ons to them 3 and I was all done within a hour and half very good in my opinion and I would certainly recommend higgys tattoo parlor to anybody who’s wanting a tattoo etc Thank you so much for being so friendly today paul Cheryl Smith

   Massive liars!!! Online says they are open 24 hours but are permanently closed spent £30 on a taxi to get a spontaneous tattoo to be greeted by a deserted tattoo parlour. Shocking.
