    I purchased a marcy PM4400, an absolutely brilliant leverage machine for home use, superb build quality and super smooth. I did have a wrong part in the assembly process, a quick email to PureTec and I was contacted by the extremely helpful Shelby, the correct part was ordered and I received it in a couple of days. I couldn't ask for more, exceptional product, backed up with exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend PureTec to anyone for your gym and fitness equipment.

    Although the rowing machine I bought is under warranty and the company have been willing to provide replacement parts (broken twice in 3 months) it's nearly impossible for them to communicate the correct delivery times, contact details and delivery address with the courier company. Have twice delivered to the wrong address despite being in constant contact with them repeatedly giving the correct address.

    Awful, waited in all day for delivery as received text from courier DX, not delivered, saying item not dispatched. Absolutely woeful. Someone owes me day work salary.shambles Update: still no item been delivered or even tried to contact me apart from .e chasing. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY!!! GET MY ORDER OUT THEN..OVER 3 WEEKS SINCE ORDERED..

    I was contacted earlier in the week to arrange delivery of a multigym. The latest it was due to be delivered was saturday the 4th of may when I ordered it, however I recieved a delightful phonecall on wednesday 1st of may to arrange delivery for friday the 3rd. Also to ensure someone would be available to sign for it. ( I unfortunatley had to take time off of work to make this possible) this morning at 8:38am i revieved a call to inform me that my delivery would not be made today and will infact be delivered on tuesday the 7th of may, (which is my birthday and i have plans on) im very dissapointed with the service and the last minute efforts to deal with the delivery issues and the further dissapointment comes from having to miss a days wages and my own birthday plans for this delivery now. No form of compensation has been offered i was simply given a half hearted apology which has motivated this review. I hope this doesnt happen to others again or at least there are systems in place to better deal with these issues. (I will update my review if and when the multigym is actually delivered and how that process goes) Edit: Thank you for the response. The item had infact already been delivered before the response therefore the form is somewhat useless at this point. Both times I had contact with yourselves it was through phone calls I had recieved and follow up calls I had made which explains the lack of an email trail. The delivery process although delayed was very smooth. The multigym was delivered first thing in the morning to a convenient area that was requested. Very friendly delivery staff. I have since built the multigym and I am very happy with its quality and function my only issue being the impact it had on my birthday although that was minimised by the early delivery the stress and cancelled plans definitley took away from the day. All in all I am slightly dissapointed by the delivery service however the customer service and product itself has been very good otherwise. I have therefore increased my review to 3 stars as I feel that is fair given my experience.
