One of the worst solicitors you could use in bromsgrove. So many mistakes in legal documents sent to sign. Never respond to emails sent or take days to respond upon urgent issues. Please dont use these
Kimberley and the staff at Star have been amazing, We used Star for my Grandfathers Grant of probate in April, we then unexpectedly lost my father in August, Kimberley is currently carrying out this probate. Alfin and team are doing the conveyancing for my grandfathers property. All the time being kept in the loop, Honestly I wont go anywhere else now.

Would avoid at all costs. Mary-Jane dealt with my purchase and sale. Rude and unproffessional, spoke down to you. Utter incompetence. The orginal quote ended up being a few hundred more than quoted. I even got told they were to busy and had to many clients to reply to me quickly. It would take weeks for them to forward me a question from the buyer or seller. Im not even sure my paper work is correct as i have 0 faith in them doing anything correctly. Worst experiance i have ever had buying or selling a house. Wouldnt wish it on my worse enemy
From the only interaction with the firm. I can confirm that they were courteous, prompt and helpful, but for a better review I would suggest you look at people using them on a regular basis.
Am currently selling a property and my buyers have instructed Thomas Horton who are now part of Star Legal. It has taken 4 months for a cash sale to go through and as yet still no date of exchange or completion with no reason as to why being forthcoming. I would avoid if you don't fancy hanging around for no apparent reason
Utter incompetence from the word go. Lorna Ganley appeared to lack the most basic of knowledge and even received advice from the sellers Solicitor on what information she did or didn’t need. Rebecca Conran can’t tell the difference between a personal and a business bank account, resulting in her accusing me of acting fraudulently with the process of purchasing my property. They drew down the funds to complete without performing anti money laundering checks which I’m guessing isn’t legal. And to add insult to injury, 7 months after completion, I find out the land registry application was cancelled as they had not responded to 4 requests for information over 4 months. Just an awful firm
