I had a piercing done on the 13th March and it’s become heavily infected so on antibiotics and having to take it out. I am autistic and I was very nervous and the piercer didn’t take that into account. Very disappointed. Will go there for tattoos but not piercings.
I had a belly button piercing done here a few months ago. The young lady who does the piercings has totally rushed the process, was very unprofessional and my piercing ended up pointing to the left side. The piercing was already healed a few weeks after it so it shouldn't of looked that way. I had to take it out and let it heal as it looked horrible pointing to the left side. Not only it looked crooked it was well above where it should have been as well. The place has a dog inside and the building stinks of dog, the sofa was full of dog hair when I went. I'm not sure how they allow a tatto place to be open in such a dirty environment. This is so unhygienic, the tatto parlors and the piercers pet the dog and then go and touch the gloves which they then use on you. GRIM! For your own sake please avoid this place at all costs. They are unprofessional and the quality of work is horrible.
Had a few tattoos here and i absolutely love them, the staff are amazing and the owner is lovely too, made me feel very comfortable as i’m very anxious with needles but love the set jolene produces , definitely will be back again

If you can find the artwork you like, Jolene can faithfully reproduce it to a high standard. I've made several return visits now for artwork, including a cover up and also a piercing, the work has always been high quality and reasonably priced. A small friendly family run business that has a cosy relaxed atmosphere and I'd highly recommend.
had my daith pierced today as a walk in, waited 10 mins tops and the piercer was ready. the piercer here is lovely she made me feel so comfortable, answered any questions i asked and waited till i was ready. this place also pierced my belly button last year, theyre fab. super friendly cute dogs too! 10/10 recommend, lovely people

My third visit to this great place today and absolutely thrilled with the outcome as always. Jolene is amazingly patient as I don’t react well to needles and sound like a cat being strangled. But I love the end result and whilst my cute little arrows are definitely not a challenge to her, she applies the same skill and care and makes you feel important as she would to anyone else. I love the dog Ruby, she’s not stinky as someone says, she’s a lovely natured, chilled out girl. After care is great. I know I can go back if necessary, which is usually just to get some more colour. This business has been around a long time for good reason.
