   I have been going to the Rab Factory shop for over 21 years with the current location being the 3rd iteration in the area since I have been going. In the good old days they were open 2 days a week for only a few hours during the day and also had the “travel from all over the UK to get there for one of the Saturday sale days and que for hours to get in….. “ All my outdoor gear, bar 2 jackets my wife bought me, is Rab and I would never spend my money elsewhere. I may not be as hill active as I once was but Rab for me is the best kit and always will be. Shame no footwear as they used to do during the Saturday sales…… This location offers great products, lovely friendly staff and the best prices anywhere. My fave shop tbh and have spent a lot of money there over the years and would never go elsewhere. Gone are my days of going to Cotswold….. I won’t even mention their bags for life, find me a better bag for life and I’ll send you £100 immediately…..

   The shop is fine BUT why do womens coats not come in longer sizes to suit tall women and/or women who want something that comes below the bum? Mens are long but completely the wrong shape. I think a lot of outdoor brands are missing a big section of society here.

   Recommended to visit by a lady in Costa when I mentioned I needed a new coat. It is a great place and quite big inside with plenty of items to buy. I needed a new winter coat and there was plenty of choice. Also if you sign up with your email address you get 5% back in credit. Really is worth a visit!

   Good shop with some good discounts available. It is a bit of pot luck as to what they have in, always seem to have lots of down jackets available but I find other stuff really hit and miss especially in large size. Have found many good bargains though .

   Great find buried away on a trading estate. A reasonable range of kit that apparently changes often, good value with some items at 70-75% discount with the majority around the 40-50% mark. The staff are really helpful and looked out something for me that was in the stock room - definitely worth asking if you can't see what you need.

   DEALS! Need i say more? If you're an outdoor enthusiast then this is the place to visit for some bargains on some great equipment. Bought two sleeping bags from here last year and have visited on a number of occasions for Rab clothing. Always a bargain to be found.

   Excellent place to get your Rab and Lowe Alpine gear at up to half price. If you know what your looking for ask at the desk, they will check their stock to see if they have it and if they have they'll point you in the right direction to where it is in store, or get it out of their warehouse for you to try. Also sign up to their loyalty scheme which gives you 5% back on what you spend on your next visit to store. Discount lasts for 12 months from date of purchase. Very helpful staff and well stocked on our visit, it didn't disappoint.

   Very disappointed with ordering something online. I ordered 6 days ago with COLLECTION AFTER XMAS from the shop a jacket and we have already 1st of January and I still didn't get any email confirmation regarding collection. First time in my life click and collect takes that long. Very poor service even if products are good quality. I spoke to someone on the chat and she said that I have to wait, its not them problem etc. However COLLECTION AFTER XMAS doesn't mean collection after 1st of January... Its first and last time that I used online service with you. Solid 1.
