I was disappointed with the service I received during the sale & purchase of my old & new houses. It was a rather frustrating experience, hampered by poor communication, poor standards of attention to detail across important documents & what felt like an impersonal & detached attitude. The quotes, bills and completion statements did not transparently correlate, were inconsistent and made checking the financial charges imposed difficult (which I felt I had to do as Id lost trust in them due to the poor attention to detail).
I was very pleased with the service provided by Louise Jones relating to the sale of our property, in particular her calm and assured advice regarding an unexpected Land Registry boundary discrepancy, and the ensuing delicate discussions we needed to have with our neighbour concerning the ownership of the land in question. I felt we were in safe hands from start to finish, which undoubtedly kept our stress levels to a minimum. It was also reassuring to note that at every stage of the transaction Louise appeared to be waiting for the buyers' solicitor to keep up!

We had one of the most difficult experiences as first time buyers due to our seller not disclosing a restriction on the property, which we found out fairly late into the purchase process, however Andrew did a fantastic job dealing with this and all other aspects of the sale, including dealing with the sellers poor solicitor. At all points, Andrew had our best interests in mind and after just over 5 months, we have finally completed.
