Shocking experience, booked through the Treatwell app, paid in advance 3 days before appointment. Then 2 hours before appointment cancelled with no explanation. Tried to call both the stylist direct and the salon both numbers displayed incorrect so no explanation at all. Luckily Icon in Swinton managed to squeeze me in and wow, customer for life now
they made my hair rubbish and when I tell them it’s bad they ignore me
