   We had a very positive experience with our solicitor Xiao Pan, who sadly has since left the company. She was thorough, engaging and understanding, despite a complicated leasehold dispute, which required a high level of expertise. She was professional, quick in her responses and we felt to be in good hands. We had a small misunderstanding regarding the fees, which was however solved without problem, by our newly assigned solicitor Jasia. I would highly recommend Witan and we will certainly use them in the future, should we need further legal support.

   I contacted Xiao Pan at Witan Solicitors regarding a CCJ. Xiao was amazing, listening to the history, giving me advise and guidance and really understanding my issue. I was informed to contact the court again to chase why the CCJ had been set aside as no information at all, for which I did on a few occasions to no avail. Fortunately the court had made an admin error so I will continue the process through them for the time being but I would highly recommend Xiao and would not hesitate to contact them again should the need arise.
