   I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! What a brilliant team they are at Pickford Solicitors. As a first time buyer, I was completely new to the process. I’d heard some stories about people having to chase solicitors, long delays etc but in my case, it was the complete opposite! Pickford solicitors have kept me informed at every stage and been extremely diligent throughout the whole process. Harjinder has been very informative, replied within hours of emailing and called to explain things when they were more complicated. I am extremely grateful for how quickly and efficiently the team have worked to help us to buy our home and I would highly recommend them.

Jessica Fisher and her assistant Riya Khetia were incredibly professional, approachable, and always easy to contact.    We used Pickford Solicitors for our property sale and onward purchase and both Harjinder and Laura were amazing! They were always providing us updates and chased the other parties to ensure things were moving on. They explained everything to us really well and were quick to respond to our questions. Even though completion day was up in the air until the last minute, they did everything they could to make it less stressful for us and kept us in the loop. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property and cannot thank them enough for all their help and guidance! Thank you

   We used Pickfords through recommendations from our estate agent! We were placed with Harjinder & Laura for our sale and onward purchase. Both have been exceptional. I can be hard work ( my wife will confirm that) but both have been pleasant and happy to answer any queries I had. We ran into a change of plan as our first purchase choice fell through however Harjinder adapted and pressed ahead rapidly when we found a replacement. Can’t recommend Pickfords enough especially both these people in question. We are nearly at completion and for all that’s happened they didn’t add to our stress which was already at an increased level due to all that happened. They stayed calm and reassuring throughout the process. Many thanks Laura and Harjinder and thank you Pickfords.

   Overall we had excellent service from Pickfords, particularly in the final weeks of our sale and purchase. Harjinder always responded to emails promptly and we were really pleased to have completed our purchase relatively quickly. The only downside was the slow communication at the beginning of our purchase, particularly through the app as we didn’t understand all that needed from us. An overall very positive experience and we would definitely recommend.

   I was given their name by the estate agent that was dealing with our property sale. It was a very good choice. From the word go they were professional, we had face to face meetings, we were able to pop in without an appointment and never made to feel a nuisance. If we needed to email they were answered straight away , the lady we were dealing with was Daljit Sunar she was lovely, as pensioners, she was patient and always ready to explain everything fully.    I purchased my first property 2 weeks ago and Pickford Solicitors was a great help! In fact, I had instructed other solicitors on my property and ended up leaving them and picking Pickford Solicitors instead. This is because I treasured speaking directly to my solicitor - Natalie Fitzhugh. She was very communicative, nice and patient with my numerous questions. I trusted her as well as her team and ultimately the deal went through. I appreciate that it is a team effort and I think the team in general work well together. The receptionists were always nice and approachable - Lynn Gardner in particular. I would recommend Pickford Solicitors to anyone.
