   Myself and Sister only have high praise for Sarah. After our Mother suffered life changing events & was admitted into a Nursing Home we had no choice but to sell her property. With a difficult buyer she negotiated us through and got us to completion with sound advice & information.    Sarah has acted for us in two purchases. She is a top-flight conveyancing solicitor, very different in so many ways from the “conveyancing factory” type of solicitor. She offers an individual service, she is responsive when problems arise, she knows the conveyancing rules inside out and she will argue your corner for you if you want her to. Her fees may seem slightly higher at first but when you take into account all of the attention that Sarah gives your file, this is money well spent, and in fact, once all the work was done, her fee turned out to be lower than her competitor had quoted at the outset. We highly recommend Sarah.
