Not even worthy of the one star. Had an appointment at 1, so 15 minutes later had to remind them I was still waiting. So as I was waiting there was a big box of files on the reception desk with all people's names and addresses so a breach of data protection. After I was ushered in a dirty office Michael Wooldridge himself was very rude and unprofessional and even used vile language in front of my children. I have serious concerns for this place and think it is clearly time to get out the game. Vile would advise to go to a competent solicitors who don't breach data and know how to treat there client's.
