   DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT get a piercing at claire’s, me and my sister came here in may for me to get my nose pierced and my sister to get her ear pierced, and mine immediately rejected and my sister’s has not healed till this day, they use piercing guns which are not professional AT ALL, you are better off getting one somewhere where they are professionally trained instead of using a gun that you can do yourself off of amazon. not recommended at all

   I had a great experience in this store after being let down by their shop in Stockport. I spoke to a member of staff on the phone and booked an appointment for ear piercing. I also spoke to the manager who explained more of the process (I had conflicting information from the other store so was a bit worried) and reassured me. I went there today and my daughter's ears were pierced in a matter of seconds. I can't thank Kim and the team enough. Communication and customer service were on point and I highly recommend this shop for ear piercing.

   1th time I went i was very happy 2th time I went Wasn't happy at all They miss my boot Never touched it at all And my car mats wasn't touched and they didn't even take them to clean got home and ended doing it myself won't be going again and on top of i give them a tip

   Had my ear pierced there on the 10/12 and the lady staff member who did it (who is Portuguese) was amazing. Very polite, helpful and very nice. Made me at ease straight away. Explained the whole process very well and did the piercing exactly where i wanted. I am extremely satisfied! Definitely would recommend. Also bought two earrings there that were on sale and super cute

   We took our 7months old for ear piercing and Staff were very attentive. Specially the one who pierced our baby's ears was very friendly and cheerful (that's what the kids like) not to mention very helpful too. She explained everything to us before and after care, it was our 1st time going through this with our 1st baby so explanation helped a lot. Reasonable price too. I would definitely recommend Claire for little ones ear piercing. Thank you to all the Claire team who helped us on the day.

   A lovely cafe that is very relaxing and warm. It feels like eating home food away from home . Prices are reasonable and the only problem is having patient waiting as it’s a good 30-40 minutes wait as lots of orders prior. The staff was friendly

   It's not a big store but does have a few things I would buy for gifts, because students also get 10% off as well, but for iPhone cases and Pusheen items, they usually have a decent amount in stock, changing locations in store but often having a different range every few months.
