   Came in with plans to buy a range of different earrings for different piercings today. Explicitly explained what we wanted. She overcharged us initially and gave a refund. Then we left, looked at the bag and realised she had given us the complete wrong earrings. She printed the wrong receipt and didn’t give us one. We went straight back and were met with an unbelievably rude and hostile attitude, were told we couldn’t get a refund. The male colleague corrected her and said we could in fact get a refund (she sold us the wrong item) he helped from this point onwards. He asked if we had a receipt and she said she’d given us one. I said no you didn’t - she then found the receipt on the till. Absolutely terrible experience with shocking, angry attitude directed towards us from the off. Avoid!

   Took my daughter here yesterday for her piercing and from the minute we got in there the woman who served us was so rude and disrespectful. She asked me if I wanted to more expensive spray for aftercare and I just asked what the difference was to the free one and she said "you don't have to buy it I'm not forcing you just don't get it then"! My daughter also saw some earrings Which she liked but they were gold and the earrings she had in already are silver so she said "you should be looking at the silver ones can you not read the sign I have made it big enough". Just unbelievable rude and if my daughter hadn't have been excited to have it done there and then I would have walked away. Not a chance I will be spending my money there again. Looking at all these reviews maybe the owner needs to pick their staff a little better.

   Had great service today. I think the lady I had and have had on previous occasions is called Alex. I wouldn’t go anywhere where else. Super professional and a really lovely person. I will be going back soon for a new piercing.

   Highly recommend P2 to anyone looking to get a piercing. Took my daughter for 3 different piercings and the staff were just amazing with her. They talked her through everything and showed her all the different types of jewellery she could use to get pierced, no rush, no pressure. She had 3 different ear piercings and was in and out within minutes. Don't know the man's name who did it but sje said he was amazing and just got on with it quick which really put her at ease. Couldn't of picked a better place and she's already planning her next lot.

   the only reason i’ve given it a 2 star rating and not lower is purely because ive had my 1st and 2nd lobs done there ans had 0 problems at all! i’m a pretty fast healer when it comes to piercings and usually have no problems, in summer 2022 i has my 3rd lobe piercings done and they have only just gotten some what okay, months of them just being sore and irritated, i thought orb could be the jewellery i was using or whatever but i cleaned them more than once a day followed instructions and used a better aftercare solution but nothing help. Another time i went in there was to look for a nose piercing after i lost mine, i can only use an L shaped one as i’ve tried other and it’s been a bit too hard to put in. I was telling the woman who was helping how i need a piercing which isn’t thick, L shaped and how i have reactions to a certain type of metal. The woman was saying how complicated and difficult i was making the situation and just being really rude to me. To say it’s a piercing shop you would expect a lot of variation to fit the needs of everyone.

   I had my daith done in November last year. I was quite nervous but the girl was really nice and reassured me everything was fine. It took a while to heal but this is normal due to the location of the piercing. I have since been back to have my daughter's ears pierced and again everything went really well. We were given a cleaning solution and information about how to clean them. I am planning to return for some more piercings, can't wait.
