    I was booked for ear piercing appointment for my baby at12:50pm on the 17th of October 2024. Got to the Salford store at 12:30 the store was closed, waited till 13:30 and called several times to no avail. Meanwhile I had gotten a confirmation text and email for my appointment on the day of booking and on the morning of the appointment.
