   I appointed MFG to sell my first home recently, and I was so impressed with the swift and efficient service from Sandy Clifford I instructed them to sell another property and purchase our dream home. Sandy kept stressful situations calm with her professional approach, she ensured all our questions, concerns and instructions were dealt with timely, even during her holidays. I honestly don't think we would be in the position we are now without the support from those at MFG and as a family we would like to thank all of you. A very reasonable price for the outstanding service too.

   My buyer instructed MFG for his house purchase. Solicitors you would assume have knowledge of building sign offs for properties with a 10 year new homes warranty, clearly this was not part of their training which caused significant stress and additional work for me and im sure the buyer. Equally being advised about an agreement for date of exchange and only sending the contract the night before and deposit on the day in full awareness my buyer works away for periods and cannot always access his phone. I would advise anybody to avoid using this company as they certainly exacerbate stress levels during what is already a very stressful period.

   Don’t know about would I? I already have recommended Sandy Clifford at mfg! A fantastic, no nonsense lady who got the job done smoothly and efficiently. Only once I wasn’t able to speak to her straightaway so I left a message and she got back to me straight away. Please don’t use estate agent recommended conveyancing solicitors definitely use Sandy Clifford.

   Awful expensive service. Solicitor lost original documents, documents hand delivered to kidderminster office of which they deny, wanted to charge £25.00 admin for me paying £20 cash for land registery search (£45 in total )submitted RX1 incorrectly, amended and re submitted at our cost, emailing solicitors whom no longer work at that company, no chasing up, we had to chase every thing, when questioned Victoria advised us to use other solicitor, we were 3/4 through case and £3600 into it. Passed onto Andrew as victoria was too stressed. Still awaiting findings of our complaint, he also charged for a telephone call discussing our complaint. The only staff who are efficient are those in accounts, chasing their outstanding Bill. Avoid at all costs, my experience was and still is woeful and below standard. They are quick enough to threaten their clients with legal action when questioning their incompetent staff and exuberant costs, what should have been £2000 max was over £5000, Avoid Avoid Avoid

   On the ball, answers on the day an emails sent and is fast ajd efficient. A little lacking in decoram and did upset my sellers at one point calling them a liar in a letter saying 'this isn't true I've been informed..' as well as demanding a receipt for something they agreed ti leave in the house that was worth £500 which nearly made them change their mind and take it. So a little over zealous but best to be Iver zealous than under zealous I think. My solicitor was Javed and he was on the ball throughout and thorough which is important when spending massive amounts of money buying property. Would recommend and would use again.

   I highly recommend MFG Solicitors especially Claire Ross from Ludlow office. She worked very hard and provided an excellent service. She was very patient with seller’s solicitor despite them being rude and unhelpful. I am very grateful I have chosen her as my solicitor as she could have not been more professional, attentive and helpful. ❤️ This was my 1st house purchase and she made it less stressful. I also recommend her PA Demi who was prompt to send all the documents and confirmation to me. Thank you once again Claire and Demi @ MFG Solicitors. ☺️

   I was introduced to Clare Lang (Partner, Corporate Law at mfg Solicitors in Kidderminster) in connection with the sale of one of my business investments. Clare was very good, efficient and thorough. A very approachable person and responsive to matters that needed dealing with. My specific transaction was on a tight deadline and Clare was not presented the file until very late in the process. Notwithstanding this, she was able to Complete on the transaction 24 hours ahead of the scheduled deadline. Clare's colleague (Suzannah) was also brilliant and it was a pleasure working with Clare, Suzannah and mfg Solicitors as a firm. I would use mfg solicitors again and am presently instructing the firm on a number of other business matters.

   MFG really is 'The Law Firm For Life', as stated on it's website. I really cannot recommend this firm highly enough and I wouldn't go anywhere else for legal advice now. Having used their services for a few months, I can honestly say that I genuinely sleep better at night knowing this firm is working on our side. Mr. Robert Weston at the Kidderminster office is worth his weight in diamonds; he's been an absolute godsend to my sister and I, and his calm professional approach has put us at ease during one of the most difficult periods in our lives. I honestly don't know what we would do without him and without his expert knowledge in a very tricky area of the law. Our legal matter remains unresolved, however, whatever the outcome is, we will be safe and comfortable in the knowledge that Mr. Weston is absolutely the best person for our job, and that he works tirelessly to achieve the right results. Thank you Robert and everyone at MFG, we're so grateful to have you on our side!
