The staff at this firm are some of the kindest and most supportive people I have met. They have helped me through such a difficult time and have gone above and beyond. Would recommend them to anyone. I can not recommend this business enough! Ben dealt with my moms Irish passport and was VERY fast, very efficient, professional and extremely kind and patient to my elderly mom. We will be using him again and referring friends, family and strangers!
I called this business today to ask for some guidance, The receptionist was very helpful and passed me onto someone called Matt (I am aware of his full name but would prefer not to publish). This individual was rude and consistantly talking over me when trying to explain what I needed. At one point he repeatedly told me it was not his problem!! I advised this individual that i would no longer wish to speak to someone who was rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever and that I would write into the company to seek assistance. Thankfully i have obtained all the information I required elsewhere, What I do know is that I certainly would not select this business if I ever require a solicitor in the future based on my experience I recieved today.

My review only pertains to one ‘Solicitor’ within the company and does not reflect upon the company or any other of the people employed within. I have found Mr Keith Davies to be unprofessional, dishonest, rude to the point of very confrontational and undeserving of anyone’s custom. During a Court case regarding child arrangement which was adjourned so that the defendant and solicitor could make a phone call they were overheard from an adjoining interview room to concoct a story about making the call that was never made and this was brought to the attention of the Judge. I am happy to supply evidence of this fact. I have tried on more than one occasion to bring this matter to the attention of Mr Davies but he is of the type that cannot admit to wrongdoing and offer an apology as he feels that that would be clearly beneath him. When parents go to Court regarding child arrangements the starting point should always be “what is in the best interests of the child” and not what in is the best interest of his pocket and a simple apology and reason for doing what he did in Court would have closed the matter but as this was not possible I think that potential clients should be aware of his slippery methods before you part with your money. Should you require legal assistance my personal advice would be to ask for another Solicitor from within the company and not Mr Davies. I am quite sure This review will be refuted with the threat of legal action should it not be removed but I stand by the content and should you wish to issue Court proceedings against me then please feel free to do so!
Kieth Davies actually I will name him as he is ....... THIEF DAVIES Outrageous Court of protection Deputy CARE ?..... NO it is abuse ! HOW SICKENING that this can happen at all ! A visit from Thief Davies cost the man £400.00 ?? The man is Suddenly taken to hospital and the Theif Davies visits The BANK to TAKE £15000 .00 JUST WHAT FOR WE DO NOT KNOW . Sadly the man passed away 13 days later. He was robbed of his own mind then robbed of his money !!!!
