   I was put in touch with Clark Brookes Turner Cary for the recent purchase of my new build, and from minute one they were absolutely amazing. Kirendip in particular was so helpful, even taking time out of her day to call me to break down charges we would expect when I didn’t understand something. We did have a few problems with the online side of things but these were quickly remedied via email. I was proactively kept in the loop with every aspect, there was no chasing around looking for answers, it made the whole process a lot less stressful. Once again though a super special thank you to Kirendip from me and my partner, she is honestly an absolute credit to the company and deserves a big bonus for helping us complete before Christmas! Thank you Kirendip, Tiegan, Lucaya, Chantelle and Harjinda. Apologies if I forgot anyone!

   Tried a few solicitors and this is the best so far. Both Kirendip and Harjinder are prompt at replying emails and resolving any queries you may have at every step of the journey. They went the extra mile with friendly touch and sent a well wishes card after completion! Excellent professional service and would recommended CBTC for purchasing new built homes!

   This solicitor's practise was extremely helpful when I was trying to help my friend sell her property. There were quite a few complications but they took us carefully through each stage including visiting my homebound friend in her care home. Katie Giles was able to explain everything clearly and to gain my friend's confidence. Nothing was too much trouble. The link between the solicitor and estate agent was very well managed and the process was completed efficiently and in good time. Fees were very reasonable. We were very grateful for all the support, advice and time given and would be very happy to recommend the practise based on our experience.

   My 5-star rating isn’t because everything went perfectly throughout the mortgage process with the Clark Brookes team, but because of how they stood by me when things got challenging. One thing that stands out about this team is their integrity and proactiveness. Kirendip, my allocated solicitor, realized that I was rushing to complete my mortgage due to personal circumstances. She took the time to clearly explain what was at stake and guided me patiently through every step. Kirendip is bold, dedicated, and always puts her clients first, even if that means waiting longer to ensure everything is done right. She followed up daily and responded promptly to every single email. Jay was really amazing, responsive, honest, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. I won’t leave out Tiegan, the receptionist. She is absolutely wonderful and professional, always speaking to me respectfully and kindly each time I called in. There was also another team member whose name I didn’t catch, but she was equally pleasant and helpful whenever I spoke with her. I highly recommend Clark Brookes if you’re about to start your mortgage journey. They’re a team that truly cares and will stand by you when it matters most.

As a first time buyer i really had no clue as to how the house buying process worked but Rachel made everything so easy to understand.
