   Absolutely Brilliant We were appointed Ben and team from Stourbridge for our selling and buying of property. They were absolutely brilliant throughout. The team kept us regularly updated throughout on both the sale and purchase of our new property. What we also loved is that pretty much all of it was dealt with through email which i think speeded things up and also saved our time in having to keep popping documents down. We cannot thank them enough and we would happily recommend them to anyone, especially friends and family. We will also now be arranging a will with them. Thank you again to you all.    We used the Stourbridge branch of Talbot's for the sale of a property together with advice relating to a will and a family Trust. Really friendly, helpful service from Claire, Finola and the team relating to the property sale. Handling of documents made easy via email, and any questions we asked were responded to promptly. Advice on the Will and Trust provided by Richard, who patiently sat with us to establish our aims, and provided suitable advice to help us make important decisions for our family. Can't thank the whole team enough and would have no hesitation recommending Talbot's to anyone in a similar position.

   Sara helped us through the process of buying our very first home and although we never met her face-to-face we still recieved a friendly and professional attitude! If we had any confusion during the process herself and Jo were there to help us. If I found myself getting stressed they were there to clarify any question I may have had which resulted in a much more relaxed process. Whilst we only attended the office in person once, I wanted to give a shout out to the lady on reception (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) who made us feel at ease and got everything sorted for us extremely quickly. I would definitely use Talbots Law in the future and recommend them. Thank you all!

   This is the second time we have used Talbots to move house and we will do so again! We had a difficult sale which lasted a lot longer than planned and they were professional and supportive throughout. Connie and Claire were amazing and worked so hard to get the sale sorted. They were always avaliable quickly through phone or email and we were never left waiting for a response, updated the whole way through.

   The service in the conveyancing team was very good certainly to start with, in the sale of our flat. Communication was good and they were proactive. The Solicitors acting for our buyer however, were poor, very slow and not responding. So Talbots had their work cut out. Towards the time we hoped for the exchange of contracts, I did have to chase it to try and find out what had been done, as to whether it would make the deadline we’d hoped for. However, there was one person in the support team who stood out - she kept us informed and was really good in the tricky times towards the end, playing an active part in the final success of the sale. So a big thank you to Jayne Reeves for her valuable help.

   Dragged out my house purchase for absolutely no reason. There was no chain for either myself or the seller and my solicitor was ready to complete after just over one month (when searches and mortgage offer were completed), it took Talbots over 3 months to even start with what they needed to do (which wasn't a lot), and then delayed it even further by the complete lack of urgency and communication. Because of Talbots my house purchase took over 4 months to complete when it could have been completed in less than 2, and for that reason I will never purchase a house again from Purple Bricks, just in case Talbots are dealing with it.
