   If I could give a million star review I would because that’s what Hannah and Kerrie deserve they’ve been nothing but supportive throughout our entire journey in purchasing our first home. This was a huge milestone in my life purchasing my first property with my wife, Hannah and Kerrie made sure we was informed and kept in the loop about every little detail and they really fought our corner no matter what the situation was. These two ladies went above and beyond for us, they even went above a professional level it definitely showed how much they were willing to go for us and they left no stone unturned. There is one other person I’d like to thank and that is Jessica Russell in the absence of Hannah and Kerrie even Jess was constantly fighting our battles as there was quite a bit of back and forth with the sellers solicitors but as I’ve mentioned no challenge was too great for these ladies I am so thankful to all 3 of them and I would highly recommend all my friends and family to use Glover Priest Solicitors.    My solicitor was Eirandeep⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought my first house with them and they were the best! Always answering my questions and getting back to me on time. As you know buying your first house is not easy,specially if you are new to the UK system. But they make sure I make a safe and secure deal.    I used GloverPriest to handle my conveyancing for a house purchase based on the impressive reviews I’d seen. I did not realise that the reviews were not for the branch I was dealing with (Quinton). I was assigned Eirandeep as the convenyancer after being told that GloverPriest were on the panel for the lender I intended to use. All checked out with my mortgage advisor and lender but I soon found out that GloverPriest were in fact not on the panel. After chasing Eirandeep multiple times, I was promised yet again by him that they were on the panel. He was impossible to get a hold of and always nonchalant. Totally unresponsive to my multiple emails, I still decided to push ahead & thought the mortgage advisor had it wrong. Anyway, after another week or two of a wild goose chase, I finally had confirmation from Jessica (legal secretary) who was the first person to actually listen to me that GloverPriest were, in fact, not on the panel for my lender and that I had my time wasted. I had some money usurped by them for ‘ID checks’ and searches. Absolute waste of my time. Would really discourage anyone from using them.
