   I have had fantastic service from Dr Christopher at Heswall Practice. Dr Christopher was kind and compassionate and gave me time to explain what my concerns were. She listened closely and offered advice, support and treatment. This level of care has made a considerable impact on the quality of my life. I have told everyone about how good the GP care I have received has been.

   Would have give 10 if I could, was actually working in the surgery, when I had a tightness in my chest, thought it might have been heartburn or indigestion so I asked the doctor for advice, he examined me and advised I go to a and e straight away, the best advice I have ever been given. After been triaged and assessed I had a heart rate of 160 beats per minute, I am still in hospital. All because of the doctors advice he has possibly saved my life.

   I cannot believe the treatment I have received since I joined the practice less than 2 months ago !It has been second to none. I feel like you have my best interest at heart, especially as I have an ongoing problem that I would ,after 2years hoped to be resolved .I have every confidence now that that will happen Thank you very much .Just to add to that ,I have found the Receptionists very approachable and very helpful .Thank you once again.Sincerely.    I visited Commonfield Road Surgery today.I havent been in this surgery before. What a pleasant surgery it is. I was greeted by a very pleasant male receptionist. I was to have an injection in my knee and was a little apprehensive about it. I needn't have worried. DR Corrie explained in full the procedure I would be having which certainly helped me. There was no problem at all with the injection and all went well. Thank you Dr Corrie.

   Surgery very proactive, will phone or text you if need be, to arrange tests, appointment etc. Staff friendly and efficient. Today I saw the phlebotomist. She was very personable, friendly, efficient. Doing a good job. Put me at ease. I would not be worried to see her again.

   Samantha was so lovely and put me at ease. I am such a needlephobic and petrified of blood tests and she did everything she could to make sure I was calm. She was really caring and give great advice and support. I really appreciated it!

   Today I had an appointment for bloods with nurse Sam. Despite my anxiety and a full and busy clinic she was simply wonderful. So calming, patient and understanding and an absolute asset to the team. I truly cannot fault this GP practice at all. The appointments are always prompt and the staff so patient and caring. I’m very lucky to have this as my local surgery.

   All the GPS, except Dr corrie have left and its all locums. Needs regular GPS back cos I don't want to see a different doc everytime I need an appt. Considering changing surgeries. Website needs updating to say this as it still has Drs' shann, Allen and spencer as working there.
