A community hospital that wont see people in need of care who can't travel to Macclesfield or Northwich. Receptionist whom when told this shrugs her shoulders and says "thats not our problem" in a not so nice way, then blatantly lies when asked not to shrug shoulders. Said she was rolling selotape in her hands, which if she was just goes to show she wasnt paying attention or interested in what i was talking about.

The phone has apparently been engage since early morning and there is no fault on line. A hospitalshould accessibility.Is there only one phone?Has someone left it off the book?The only way to make a blood test apptis in this number. Hopefully the door will be open tomorrow. Not a gòod service
This is a first class,site,staff,are so proffesional and friendly,the lions staff who control the traffic flow and parking are courteous and very friendly. The NHS staff especially,Angela and Ami,were amazing,so friendly so proffesional,can I just add how proud of all the staff and helpers at the community hospital,so proud of everyone there so proud of knutsford so proud of the NHS, SHABBA, cheers Jontyx
Was seen at the time it said on the appointment letter which makes a huge change from the larger Hospital's. All the staff had a smile for everyone. Any and all questions were answered.
