Attended minor injuries today and was met by an obnoxious receptionist who's gossiping was more important than my injury. Saw a nurse who again was very disinterested. After hours of waiting I gave up and went home, better to die in comfort than being coughed on in some drab waiting room.

I went to see the pain team yesterday. It only took 13 months to get the appointment. I couldn't have been more impressed. Dr Gupta had taken the time to read my medical history, unlike most doctors, who ask why you're there. It immediately made me feel really comfortable. I actually felt like this was what everyone should have, Person Centred Care and I was part of the decision making. I have had quite a lot of hospital appointments in the past few years and always opt for Halton Hospital as it's less hectic than Warrington and I can usually find a parking space.

I came in for surgery today and I really cannot fault the care I have received. Everyone was so lovely, caring and helpful. A special shoutout to the anaesthetist and his team, you really helped me calm down as I was so worried about going under, reassuring me at all times, Miss Prasad was thorough & informative pre & post op, and a special mention to Mags & Becca on the PACU ward, you really made an unpleasant time, easy and relaxed. Thank you ♥️

I had to attend Halton hospital for some tests between September or October 2021 and February 2022. The staff were really lovely and even allowed my fiance to come with me for some of my appointments.

Went for ECG. Very quiet. Just me and one other. Staff friendly. Reema performing ECG was totally professional, putting me at ease and did the most thorough job. Very impressed by everything. Only downside was the rowdy music. Certainly not designed for relaxing the waiting patients.

Receptionist, Doctors, Nurses and porters very friendly and professional. Everything fully explained and all questions answered. Only issue is with the pay machine for parking, the instructions are not at all clear, other than that excellent.

My son was seen at the hospital today and the care he received was amazing. He’s two and usually gets upset at the hospitals/doctors but he felt so relaxed there that he didn’t get upset and was talking to the nurses and doctors. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted out his fractured hand. He even left with a brand new teddy. Absolutely amazing work from everyone there, the best hospital experience we’ve had for sure.
