My wife cut her finger opening a new knife so we had to attend this A&E. We were handled very professionally by a lovely nurse in A&E called Bev who did a great job of tending to her wound. Brilliant service Bev!

Spent seven hours in a corridor with a neighbour, who has no family to support her. After a day and night in A&E she was admitted to a ward (won't name it). I phoned to see how she was doing. The person on the other end of the phone could not understand my enquiry and could hardly speak English. It was an uncomfortable situation. Wonder how my aged, deaf neighbour will manage?

Went to eye clinic with suspected glaucoma. Was dealt with swiftly through various tests then to see the consultant. Very well looked after. Staff very friendly and efficient. All tests, consultation and prescription from pharmacy completed within two hours. Amazing service. Thank you.

This trust now runs treatment room services in St Helens from 2019. If I could give 0 stars for this service I would. You ring the booking office to be greeted by outdated information regarding covid 19, asking patients to wear a mask and social distance, this trust hasn't advised masks since July 2022 following government guidance, only in certain areas. When the phone eventually rings you are told they are extremely busy and to ring back. You can ring 20 times and still get no answer. This then results in every patient attending local walk in centres and waiting for hours to be seen, somebody needs to sort out this service as it is not fit for purpose, it is not serving the people of St Helens as it should. Absolutely diabolical service, we all understand the NHS is struggling but this service is a joke.

Appointment with Doctor at 10.50, who sent across my prescription. Went back at 12.45 for a blood test, then went to pharmacy to collect prescription and was told it would be 30 minutes. 2hours 30 minutes for a prescription, told them to keep it. They should be ashamed of themselves

Amazing team of nurses and doctors. Thank you to all the Endoscopy team for looking after my husband who had a procedure today at St Helens Endoscopy. Thank you Mr Raj, nurses, Riza, Sue and Karen for their help . And thank you to the excellent care that my mother in law received from A/E triage and 3E ward especially to nurses Heather and Sonya. Thank you all. X

Had our second baby here. Majority of staff are very helpful but there's a few who soured the entire experience after reducing my other half to tears twice with horrible attitude and comments that were made. The same staff I also spotted hugging. Now confirm if this is correct but are we not trying to reduce the spread of covid by limiting contact? Clearly following guidance from there old boss....
