   Booked a covid jab and was contacted and told to rebook for the following week? No reason given for this. I booked online and when I was changing the date could see lots of slots for the week I originally booked. If they want to restrict bookings then please amend the online booking system. Service was good, they were running approx 10 mins late though but I was either the first or second appointment that day so had to wonder about the delay? There is a carpark here but is always full. I think I will try elsewhere next time.

   My visit was on the 16/1/ 23 at 4pm. I have never come across a receptionist as rude and unhelpful as the receptionist at Lowe House. Condesending, abrupt, no social skills whatsoever. A few sarcastic comments were made by this so called "professional " person. AIso extremely rude to another person who came in for an appointment, l would even say racist. I came away upset and most of all, uncertain that l had done my referral correctly. Certainly in the wrong line of work.

   Great service. The receptionist is lovely and so are the rest of the staff. •TIP - Arrive here about 15-20 minutes early because their is a real struggle for parking which always causes a queue.

   Needed blood tests and decided to book in at Lowe House Medical centre due to being close by. 11:55 appointment 05/10/22 My experience was fantastic. Venue was nice, staff very friendly. My nurse was amazing, (I didn't even realise she had taken the blood and I had to give about five tubes full) my results we available to view online with in hours. Very impressed. Great service big thank you.

   Central Surgery without a doubt wins the trophy for the worst doctors I’ve ever been with. They are purely incompetent to the point where it becomes a joke, they make a chocolate fireguard seem like a miracle of engineering. The smallest of tasks becomes the biggest of hassles- when you can see a doctor that is. So you’d be better ditching it and finding somewhere that can perform basic procedures without making making a meal of it. You’ll thank me later.
