   The NHS at it's very best. Had a full knee replacement by Mr Sanger ably assisted by the lovely Olwyn. From the receptionist to the after care my expectations were fully surpassed by an absolutely amazing team. Whilst on the ward the nursing staff were uber professional and very caring. The cleanliness on the ward was exactly as it should be. The staff anticipated every need, it was as if they were reading my mind, which is not a very good read. The aftercare and physio was unparalleled. To all at CSTM from the bottom of my heart,THANKYOU.

   Recently had surgery here. Exceptional quality of care from ALL the staff. Nurse Diane ( forgive my spelling can't recall Asian spelling). The surgeon anesthetist absolutely whole team communicated so well. Respectful caring and so dedicated. Absolute credit to the hospital. Thank you so much. Really appreciate you all.

   Mum attended Tuesday morning for full hip replacement surgery, discharged Wednesday afternoon. Service from start to finish was exceptional, including X-ray, physio and all the nursing staff. Couldn’t fault a thing, they all made my mum so comfortable and felt safe. Thank you to the whole team, we appreciate everything you do!

   AT SIR TOM BUILDING: Reception staff have got to be the most miserable I've had the misfortune to witness. Then a red head in the actual xray beat the receptionist by quite a mile in who can make the patient feel rubbish without even interacting competition. I've been there plenty for mri etc and it's usually very positive but this is 3rd visit where nearly everyone deliberately is sour-faced or talks to you like you're an utter inconvenience - especially older lady on front desk. Oh and save us having to talk to her, please label where you'd like xray patients to sign in. Would've saved me some loss of cheer having to be grunted at by Happy Larry!

   What a well organised visit. Amazing as I had to wait 7 months from GP referral to first appointment. The NHS is in trouble from poor management not professional health staff. Sad.
