   I enjoyed doing the self training sessions here, while I was visiting Leeds, it was easy to book, only 5 pounds an hour in a room with 3 or 4 poles, and the the self training room itself feels nice and private and the instructor who showed me around was warm!

   I have been going to LPDS since April 2024 and it has become my favourite place. I have been taught by almost every instructor and I have nothing but all good things to say. They’re all knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Every student & instructor is so lovely here, it makes for a lovely & supportive environment. Cannot recommend enough!

   I started coming to Leeds Pole in January after falling in love with a taster course recommended by friends and work colleagues. Every class is fun and engaging and the teachers are phenomenal and have a true passion for what they do - since joining I’ve felt welcomed and confident in myself, I’ve even made new friends! I enjoy it so much that I choose to drive upwards of 40 mins to come to a lesson at least once a week! You should try it too!

   If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I've been going to LPDS for 3 years now and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only have I learnt pole dancing & fitness, I've also made incredible friends, gained body confidence, and feel part of an inclusive and beautiful community. All of the instructors are masters at what they do, each with their own style, and they genuinely want to see you grow and flourish. There are classes to suit all levels and abilities so everyone is welcome, and there is no rush to go faster than your own pace. Cannot recommend more!
