Not only have I learnt pole dancing & fitness, I've also made incredible friends, gained body confidence, and feel part of an inclusive and beautiful community. All of the instructors are masters at what they do, each with their own style, and they genuinely want to see you grow and flourish. There are classes to suit all levels and abilities so everyone is welcome, and there is no rush to go faster than your own pace. Cannot recommend more!”

“If you want a dance school and dance teacher with the knowledge, understanding of correct technique and wholesome experience in many aspects of dance then El dance studios is the place. I cannot recommend this dance school enough. My two girls aged 9 and 5 have excelled so much and it has sky rocketed their confidence, they have made new friendships and the dance school has lots of lovely mums and dads that will give anyone a warm welcome. She's developed a love for dance and I'm blown away by what she is able to do thanks to the high standards of tuition. “Naomi has been part of Flex Dance since she was 4 years old. 6 years later at nearly 11 she loves Flex more than she ever did. She has made many friends over the years, danced in 12 shows, from Mary Poppins to Legally Blond to Aladdin to Hairspray and all sorts in between. She always looks forward to Saturday mornings. We love the combination of musical theatre and street dance as it is fun, active and allows for individual creativity - it suits Naomi so much more than the rules of ballet would have done.
