“Great dancing school, my daughter has been going to WWSD for the last 5 years and loves it. Wendy and all the teachers are so lovely, would highly recommend this school.”
“BPM is brilliant. Kat and Luke work so tirelessly to provide the best classes out there, in a fantastic studio. My daughter’s confidence has grown so much in the years she has been at BPM, she loves the classes and the seasonal shows. It is great to have a hobby outside of school and has made lots of friends in the process! Keep up the amazing work BPM!”
“We booked the wedding package for our first dance and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made for our wedding! Justine is perfect for helping us newbies learn a beautifully choreographed routine that is relatively simple (not saying it was easy) while looking sophisticated at the same time! Her patience and professionalism helped smooth a major part of our special day. Thank you Justine!”
“I joined contemporary beginner adult classes here in January 2024, and have been hooked ever since. Really welcoming and warm environment, and tailored to different abilities. Lee has been an excellent teacher and is great at giving detailed and constructive feedback, pushing us to develop and learn to the best of our abilities. Can't recommend it highly enough.”
“Our little girl is coming up to 4 and has always been one for energetic and chaotic activities so when she said wanted to do ballet I was pessimistic especially with the expectations of the class HOWEVER it is absolute testimony to Miss Fiona’s passion, effort, experience and enthusiasm that she is loving it and at the same time teaching her listening skills, following instructions and having fun. The fact we can’t touch her hair any day of the week apart from ballet day, to put it up in a pony tail shows how much she wants to go! Would highly recommend for that pre school skills & enjoyment.”
“When I started ballet as a 40 year old adult I assumed I would find a class in which we would just have a bit of fun and not really learn much and not be challenged. How wrong I was. At Brighton Ballet School vocational students and adults are treated the same. We are challenged to work hard, to push ourselves, to find the best of ourselves and to never accept the words "I can't". Taking exams is an wonderful added extra which allows us to see how far we have come in our dancing. And as well as all this - we also have fun and make new friends. If you just want to muck around for an hour then I'd suggest other places. But if you wish to have fun, get fit and strong and unleash your inner ballet dancer then this school is for you.”
“Remember going here in the 70,s was great and pleased still going”

“Galit is a wonderful teacher , very professional and teaches high level of technique. Her choreographies are always varied and well planned. The classes are vibrant and fun. Galit charges you with amazing energy and inspires you to dance with passion. Her classes have made me aware of my posture, improved my balance and muscular tone and had really positive effect on my wellbeing!”
“Long established highly successful dance school. Highly experienced qualified teachers that nurture young talent. Attention to detail and safe dance practice ensures your child is in good hands on young developing bodies.”
“Wonderful classes and a SUPER high standard of teaching. The whole team are caring and professional and I look forward to the shows each year!”
“I arranged a burlesque class here as part of a hen do and the whole experience was amazing! Rebecca was so communicative, no question or request too much trouble, and the class itself was perfect! The whole group had an amazing time, Rebecca is a brilliant teacher, so accommodating and so much fun! Highly recommend!”
“This is a Very nice school, our family all like it!”
“My daughter has been learning ballet with Miss Deborah since just after covid. She cannot wait for her ballet lesson each week. She had some extra prep for her exam recently and I was extremely impressed with the enthusiasm , attention to detail & technique and standards Muss Deborah encouraged my daughter to aim for - this is definitely life skill teaching along with a wonderful love of ballet and dance . The showcase this summer was eye opening for both of us - it was very obvious the care and pride Miss Deborah ( and Miss Sian ) have for each student. My daughter has now convinced me to let her start musical theatre dance and she’s hoping to join modern and double her ballet before long !! She describes her ballet as ‘ super fun with some great challenges , lovely friends and music taught by the best teachers ‘. She’s made me download the RAD Grade 2 app she’s so excited about the new term and what it will bring ! If anyone is looking to enrol their child in a dance school don’t hesitate.”
“My daughter has been learning with Sjaan for about 8 years. She lives Sjaans approach to dance and the inclusivity of the school. Although they take the exams seriously they also have a lot of fun.”
“Good ballet school one of the best in Brighton.”

“I love dancing hear it's very good”
“Lovely dance school, would highly recommend!”
“I've been to many different classes in the UK and other countries, and this one's hands down in the top of my list. Kornelia creates a magical atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Every choreography is like a mini performance rather than a number of movements; they are challenging, but are broken down into small pieces; self expression is super encouraged, there is no 3-4-5 counting - Kornelia teaches how to listen to the music and feel it. Her choreos help tell a story and create a certain vibe depending on the song. I had never felt so confident, feminine, and not afraid to make a mistake in any other class before.”
“Really pleased with IDTA services. Always very helpful.”
“Alex's classes are such good fun. She pitches it just right to make progress without feeling confused, breaking down moves really clearly. I attended as a solo dancer but Alex made sure there was always someone to partner me. In three months I learnt the basics of 7 dances and really enjoyed it. Thanks Alex!”
“Absolutely love this company. I joined 2 years ago and within that time my confidence has been lifted so much. I hadn’t done much dance at all before I joined, but now I have improved. All the staff are lovely and push you to be your best whilst still having fun. I really enjoy the professionalism that we are given as it gives us better insight on what it’s actually like in the theatre industry. Definitely would recommend!”

“My daughter has been attending RAPA for almost 2 years now. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. During lockdown dancing lessons carried on throughout the summer via zoom which was great to break the monotony for my 5yo. Since September we've been back to lessons. Covid guidelines are followed throughout her lesson and she is over the moon to be back in a safe environment and dancing with her classmates again. The team at RAPA look after the kids amazingly.”
