βBPM is brilliant. Kat and Luke work so tirelessly to provide the best classes out there, in a fantastic studio. My daughterβs confidence has grown so much in the years she has been at BPM, she loves the classes and the seasonal shows. It is great to have a hobby outside of school and has made lots of friends in the process! Keep up the amazing work BPM!β
βOur little girl is coming up to 4 and has always been one for energetic and chaotic activities so when she said wanted to do ballet I was pessimistic especially with the expectations of the class HOWEVER it is absolute testimony to Miss Fionaβs passion, effort, experience and enthusiasm that she is loving it and at the same time teaching her listening skills, following instructions and having fun. The fact we canβt touch her hair any day of the week apart from ballet day, to put it up in a pony tail shows how much she wants to go! Would highly recommend for that pre school skills & enjoyment.β
βWe booked the wedding package for our first dance and itβs one of the best decisions weβve made for our wedding! Justine is perfect for helping us newbies learn a beautifully choreographed routine that is relatively simple (not saying it was easy) while looking sophisticated at the same time! Her patience and professionalism helped smooth a major part of our special day. Thank you Justine!β
βGreat dancing school, my daughter has been going to WWSD for the last 5 years and loves it. Wendy and all the teachers are so lovely, would highly recommend this school.β
βI joined contemporary beginner adult classes here in January 2024, and have been hooked ever since. Really welcoming and warm environment, and tailored to different abilities. Lee has been an excellent teacher and is great at giving detailed and constructive feedback, pushing us to develop and learn to the best of our abilities. Can't recommend it highly enough.β
βMy daughter has been learning with Sjaan for about 8 years. She lives Sjaans approach to dance and the inclusivity of the school. Although they take the exams seriously they also have a lot of fun.β
βAbsolutely love this company. I joined 2 years ago and within that time my confidence has been lifted so much. I hadnβt done much dance at all before I joined, but now I have improved. All the staff are lovely and push you to be your best whilst still having fun. I really enjoy the professionalism that we are given as it gives us better insight on what itβs actually like in the theatre industry. Definitely would recommend!β
βIβve been part of Turning Pointe School of Dance for over a year now, taking adult tap classesβand I absolutely love it! I hadnβt done tap since I was a child, but the friendly and supportive atmosphere made it easy to jump back in. Lianne is a fantastic teacher who adapts her style to suit each studentβs needs, making every class fun, encouraging, and accessible. Iβm so glad I joined! Whether youβre returning to dance, starting fresh, or just looking for a fun way to connect with others, I couldnβt recommend Turning Pointe more.β
βI arranged a burlesque class here as part of a hen do and the whole experience was amazing! Rebecca was so communicative, no question or request too much trouble, and the class itself was perfect! The whole group had an amazing time, Rebecca is a brilliant teacher, so accommodating and so much fun! Highly recommend!β
βWhen I started ballet as a 40 year old adult I assumed I would find a class in which we would just have a bit of fun and not really learn much and not be challenged. How wrong I was. At Brighton Ballet School vocational students and adults are treated the same. We are challenged to work hard, to push ourselves, to find the best of ourselves and to never accept the words "I can't". Taking exams is an wonderful added extra which allows us to see how far we have come in our dancing. And as well as all this - we also have fun and make new friends. If you just want to muck around for an hour then I'd suggest other places. But if you wish to have fun, get fit and strong and unleash your inner ballet dancer then this school is for you.β
βGreat studio. Some three years in this is my introduction to Ballroom and Latin. Fun and welcoming.β
βMy daughter has just finished dancing at Brooks aged 18. She has absolutely loved her time at Brooks and will really miss the classes and all her friends. There is a wide variety of styles available and all are taught at a very high standard. The competition team are outstanding and the training the team are given really shows at every competition . We have throughly enjoyed being a part of this. Dance has been a massive part of her life and thanks to dedicated and professional teaching my daughter is now able to continue dancing at a dance college for the next three years. I would recommend this dance school 100%β
βI have been dancing with Rachel for a number of years now and I can highly recommend her classes. I am in the Tuesday intermediate tap class which is a lot of fun and inclusive, and no one is left behind (which is good for me as I never thought I would be able to tap dance).β
βRemember going here in the 70,s was great and pleased still goingβ
βGalit is a wonderful teacher , very professional and teaches high level of technique. Her choreographies are always varied and well planned. The classes are vibrant and fun. Galit charges you with amazing energy and inspires you to dance with passion. Her classes have made me aware of my posture, improved my balance and muscular tone and had really positive effect on my wellbeing!β
βMy daughter has danced at Rapa for the last 6 years everyone is very friendly and helpful, all the teachers are wonderful with children of all ages, would highly recommend.β
βMy daughter has been attending RAPA for almost 2 years now. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. During lockdown dancing lessons carried on throughout the summer via zoom which was great to break the monotony for my 5yo. Since September we've been back to lessons. Covid guidelines are followed throughout her lesson and she is over the moon to be back in a safe environment and dancing with her classmates again. The team at RAPA look after the kids amazingly.β
βDance Shack Worthing has been a fantastic school for my daughter who has now got back into dance. The end of year show was spectacular with all children doing so well. Well done Emma keep up the good work !β
βAttending Fame has brought our foster daughter to life. She has grown in confidence & loves her Saturday morning sessions. Her new found confidence in dance & drama has started extending to school which is amazing.β
βMy daughter has been learning ballet with Miss Deborah since just after covid. She cannot wait for her ballet lesson each week. She had some extra prep for her exam recently and I was extremely impressed with the enthusiasm , attention to detail & technique and standards Muss Deborah encouraged my daughter to aim for - this is definitely life skill teaching along with a wonderful love of ballet and dance . The showcase this summer was eye opening for both of us - it was very obvious the care and pride Miss Deborah ( and Miss Sian ) have for each student. My daughter has now convinced me to let her start musical theatre dance and sheβs hoping to join modern and double her ballet before long !! She describes her ballet as β super fun with some great challenges , lovely friends and music taught by the best teachers β. Sheβs made me download the RAD Grade 2 app sheβs so excited about the new term and what it will bring ! If anyone is looking to enrol their child in a dance school donβt hesitate.β
βAmazing instructors, super helping and fun! Would recommend! 10/10β
βMy daughter is really enjoying her time here and she's always saying how fun it is!β
βAlex's classes are such good fun. She pitches it just right to make progress without feeling confused, breaking down moves really clearly. I attended as a solo dancer but Alex made sure there was always someone to partner me. In three months I learnt the basics of 7 dances and really enjoyed it. Thanks Alex!β
βMy eldest has been going to Unique dance for a couple years now. She absolutly loves it and has thrived there. My youngest has recently joined and is loving it too.β
βWonderful classes and a SUPER high standard of teaching. The whole team are caring and professional and I look forward to the shows each year!β
βI've been to many different classes in the UK and other countries, and this one's hands down in the top of my list. Kornelia creates a magical atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Every choreography is like a mini performance rather than a number of movements; they are challenging, but are broken down into small pieces; self expression is super encouraged, there is no 3-4-5 counting - Kornelia teaches how to listen to the music and feel it. Her choreos help tell a story and create a certain vibe depending on the song. I had never felt so confident, feminine, and not afraid to make a mistake in any other class before.β
