“I came here for trampoline fitness (can’t remember the name of it) a few months ago. Being one of the only men (I think there were 2 others) in the class I was a little unsure but all the women there were really kind and friendly to me, including the instructor whose name I have forgotten but I think she’s the owner, and she was very positive and encouraging. The workout was also great!”

All of the classes are fantastic and my children have developed preferences for their own style, although they are still very exited about all of the dancing they do.
