“I have just completed the LiveLoveHoop teacher training course with Jo. It is a really well structured course. Jo showed us how to teach moves in great detail, and gave us methods we can apply to all our teaching. There was also a lot of practical advice on how to set up a business. There’s a course handbook that sets everything out clearly, and that will be my go to manual for the weeks and months ahead. Jo is super supportive and helped us all to feel confident and ready to go home and plan our exciting new hoop teaching adventures.”

“My oldest daughter has been attending VB Dance since primary school and she is now in her final year of secondary school. Initially she started with just learning ballet and has now progressed on to tap, jazz and currently working on pointe too. She has enjoyed participating in 4 dance shows now at the local theatre which has been an amazing opportunity for her. “My daughters have danced with Elastic for several years now. Both started out with one class each, but have enjoyed it so much they now do multiple classes in different styles. Vicky (and the other teachers) seem to get the perfect balance of a kind and nurturing approach, whilst also getting the best out of them in terms of technique. The progress I’ve seen in my eldest has been amazing. She enjoys every minute of her classes and can’t get enough of dancing with elastic. The opportunities for shows and exams has also been brilliant for them!”

Classes are fun but challenging too. The annual show is just spectacular. But it’s the little things - like the principal turning up to plait hair before exams - that make it a special place to be and be part of.”

She's only 6, but is already showing the grace in her movements when she's doing any dancing - pleasure to watch. She loves Judy's lessons and I love the fact that they are also given proper knowledge and terminology along the way. And - being Russian myself - of course, that it's the Russian school of ballet! “Ceroc Hove changed my life 6 years ago. I was so nervous but it turned out I was meeting the most wonderful people and who are still amazing friends after all these years. I am an IT guy with 2 left feet and learning to partner dance is fantastic. I went alone on my first night, so come along or with a friend. Highly recommended. Learning to lead a follow changes you overtime as a person, more confidence, coordination and Thursdays at Hove are an absolute thrill.”

“Just been to their jam in the Brighton Youth Centre in Brighton. Such an amazing atmosphere they create there in a second. Group dance, battle, freestyle, DJ and ice cream. These guys really bring that street dance feeling as it's best. My daughter has enjoyed every seconds of it and she wants to go back every time. So we will.”
