   I just love Thursdays thanks to Ceroc Hove. I’ve been going on and off - mostly on - for about 12 years. There are always friendly faces to make me feel welcome, new moves for me to learn when I am feeling brave and old moves to help me feel safe and vaguely competent. The teachers are brilliant, the music is lit and I only miss it if I am being paid! Keep up the good work team.

   I highly recommend anyone to take up this activity (Ceroc, 19:45pm to 23:00 at Ralli Hall near Hove Station ) with lessons followed by freestyle dancing with a very frendly group made up of both male and female members of the public. The sessions there run every Thursday and all ages attend. Its great fun.

   Since my first lesson back in July 2024, I've enjoyed every Thursday evening Ceroc Hove session I've been able to attend. I've been taught by James, Katya, and Becky, all three of whom are very experienced dancers and very well trained teachers. Slowly, but surely, my Ceroc skills are improving. I'm loving the experience.

   Ceroc Hove changed my life 6 years ago. I was so nervous but it turned out I was meeting the most wonderful people and who are still amazing friends after all these years. I am an IT guy with 2 left feet and learning to partner dance is fantastic. I went alone on my first night, so come along or with a friend. Highly recommended. Learning to lead a follow changes you overtime as a person, more confidence, coordination and Thursdays at Hove are an absolute thrill.
