   The teachers are good otherwise it wouldn't even get one star. I have infant twins and was told it was one adult per baby, so we booked weekend lessons so my husband -who works full time- can attend with one of the children. Both babies and myself are ill and we have tried to cancel one lesson which has been "credited" back to us. At the same time as informing them of our absence, I tried to cancel my direct debit for more lessons. This occured on October 3rd, apparently missing their cancellation deadline by 2 days - as I explained to the customer service woman- I am ill and am looking after ill infant twins- getting in touch wasn't a priority. The woman said, and I quote, "You chose to have them and start swimming lessons". I was also told if I cancel the future payment with my bank then I would be in arreas and they would take it further. I missed by 2 days due to being ill and looking after ill, infant twins on my own. They also sent me an email telling me my payment date has now changed to today instead of the first of November. This company had zero compassion and changes their T&Cs on a whim to suit themselves. Don't bother with them.

   We booked and paid upfront for 8 lessons with Water Babies. We were only able to attend one of these paid for lessons as our son was initially under the weight limit for the temperature of the pool and was then very poorly and hospitalised. As he missed so many lessons due to being poorly, we felt it would be best to postpone lessons and restart in a few months to ensure he was back to full health and could then restart from the beginning. However, the customer service received from Water Babies was non existent. We understand businesses need to have policies in place and did not expect a refund for the lessons paid for but were then told we would need to pay for a months notice on top!! We tried to reschedule to an alternative lesson which had just started but the only one we were offered was not suitable. We are disgusted at the lack of compassion and common decency - our child had been taken to hospital by ambulance and was then too poorly to attend lessons but all they cared about was money. Absolutely disgraceful, do not recommend!!
