A wonderful hospital with wonderful staff from the lowest position to the highest. Friendly supportive not only to the patient but to the families of the patient. Nothing is too much trouble. And the Cardiac team are amazing we will be forever grateful to them

I had a good first experience at the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Group today. The hospital itself is quite old and it’s easy to tell but it is a nice, cozy feel. It’s well looked after although signage isn’t the best, as admitted by staff. The receptionist was absolutely fantastic and parking at the multi story was great.

Fantastic Hospital. Staff at reception are great and helpful, The nurses are just so helpful and care and could not do enough for you. It's bright and clean. In my book it's the best hospital in Liverpool. Some of the Doctors /specialist can leave you cold, only one so far who just thinks the patient does not have anything to add or that's helpful in the conversation and will dismiss what you say. I could tell he was not happy and annoyed. Perhaps it was a bad day, we all have them. It's still the hospital I will make sure I go to . It's out standing.

My wife was admitted to CCC on Monday 08 September. It was a very traumatic time for her and the family. Everyone from the catering staff, cleaners, nursing staff and doctors where amazing with nothing to much trouble no matter what time of day.Special mention must go to Doctor Bar the registrar, he was clear, precise and explained a very complicated subject in a way we could understand. He also answered our many questions happily even though he is obviously exceptionally busy. No time in hospital is enjoyable but the staff on the ward made every effort to make us as comfortable and informed as possible Thank you.

Lovely place. Lovely staff. 5 star treatment. Operations are a stressful experience but I couldn't have wished for a better outcome.

Lovely staff on mammogram clinic .very sensitive and respectful . It's just the little things sometimes that make a big difference .The radiologist that joined in my sense of humour ...and it is a bit odd ! And the receptionist who noticed I was struggling with an extremely painful knee .And kindly brought me water instead of me struggling to get it . Not life saving I know but reassuring and made visit so much more pleasant .

It is a charming place. The architecture and the way how old is merged with new buildings, let you forget why you had to come here. Staff is lovely (well, there always will be one or two exceptions). Recomend to pay attention on the way, to whatever doctor you need to see, as you may find hidden gems. All the roads, wards and buildings have greate signposting so you can't get lost! (unless you don't speak English then even Google map will be confused). There is also a courtesy bus that will take you where you need to go, so don't worry. If you need to come here, you will be well looked after.
