Most of the nurses and particularly the ward manager, were very very good to me. He got me through the most horrific experience of my life. I'll always remember him for being a great manager and born to to be a fantastic nurse. Thank you a million times. Also ro the ward psychologist. Hes the best psychologist I've met. Knew me inside out very quickly. I was sent there for psychology and this guy was amazing to me, wish I cpuld talk to him now! The 'psychiatrist' (Dr) however, needs to be struck off, absolutely disgusting. He was very seriously negligent not only of my mental health, but also very seriously, my physucal health. He's not fit to practise. There will be big complaints in the future once I have the three operations I now need. My mental health advocate agreed whilst in there that my 'treatment' by him and negligence was totally unacceptable !
Started back in 2018 when my dad was identified with memory problems, still neglected to this day, the receptionist Linda moon is particularly difficult to deal with putting obstacles in place stopping my dad getting the care he needs, even now when legal documents have been issued Linda moon hasn’t replied to my calls for over a month now, totally blanking my legitimate requests,
Shocking, Rang up the Rathbone Rehab to speak to my Dad.was told that they would go and get him for me to speak to was on hold for atleast 10 minutes and still didn't get through to speak to my Dad.
The consultant Doctor who worked there ruined my future by protesting in court that i was a danger to the public and recommended restrictions. I have been locked up for over 4 years now and I even lost my house and furniture and alot of my belongings. I have never harmed anyone in my life and I am a good natured person with a good heart. I will never forgive them for what they done to me.
Thier weightloss help group sessions are terrible. The therapist I had always talked in a depressed tone, and was quick to judge. She told me I'd never loose weight,and she was thinking this was helpful how? Luckly I packed in after 6 sessions with her and thank god my work place referred me to counciling to undue all the harm this woman caused me as I'm much better now and successfully losing weight. They need to rethink thier ethos here with weightloss and not concentrate on the negative
They were great with my partner Daniel feeley.. He been here previously and they knew him straight away..They give him the right head padding so he couldn't do anymore damage to himself
