   Ahmad was absolutely brilliant turned up on time for an early pickup for 5 people and was there waiting for us on our return to Birmingham airport. I would definitely recommend Star Taxis. We will definitely be using again whenever we need a taxi, nothing was too much trouble for Ahmad even when we had to change our departure and return times. Excellent communication from booking with him.

   Called a taxi, my daughter waited outside for 20 minutes for them. Called to see where they were only to be told we had to pay upfront . No mention of that on the phone. Who would pay upfront? Ridiculous. Do not recommend.
