   Pendle Academy is not a large dance school and neither is it in a fancy purpose-built building. But its smaller size means it is incredibly nurturing and the opportunities our two little girls have had are amazing. From dancing at Blackpool and local large events to competitions and festivals, all in a family-feel dance school with no competitiveness amongst dancers (or parents!). Neither is there pressure for dancers to take part in shows etc if they don't want to. The technique the teachers instil into the dancers is second to none and you can see this at competitions when the dancers are on the floor with poise and grace, performing as soon as they walk on to when they walk off. Classes are also great value - highly recommend.

   Such a wonderful dance school with amazing and talented teachers who are able to bring out the best in every child. The range of classes on offer is so vast, and so there is something for everyone. Having 2 daughters (5,15), I can testify that all ages and abilities are catered for, even those who want to dance professionally in the future. They offer so many dancing opportunities, both in the local area and nationally, including competitions,  showcases, and festivals, and they arrange social events too. My girls love attending their classes and will continue to do so for many years to come.

   My daughter started dancing at Pendle Academy when she was 3yrs old, now 5 years later she attends 6 different classes a week & absolutely LOVES it! She has made lots of friends over the years and had some fantastic opportunities to take part in shows, competitions, photo shoots, dance festivals, exams, skills workshops & holiday clubs… there’s always something to look forward to at Pendle Academy! The dance teachers are very welcoming & accommodating and as well as teaching dance skills they have also helped improve my daughters self-confidence and resilience skills. We 100% recommend, there’s a variety of dance classes to choose from so there’s something for everyone and with a free trial lesson you really have nothing to lose!

   Pendle Academy of Dance and Performing Arts is enjoyable, fun and confidence boosting. The teachers are kind, fund and helpful. The lessons and engaging and exciting. My daughter has made lots of new friends. She has only been going since February and I would recommend them to others. She has already had lots of new experiences and dancing opportunities.

   My girls have been going to pendle dance academy for the past 4 1/2 years they absolutely love it. Teachers are fantastic and the older girls help out with younger classes, this helps create a family atmosphere with in the academy. I would highly recommend the academy to anyone
