   Pathetic company. Large trucks blocking disables entrances daily. Lack of communication at head office who practically laugh down the phone when complained at.

   Great drivers but the office people are rude and not polite at all ! Guys common ! Be nice to others especially delivery drivers and smile a bit !

   I went there for an interview. The add said 48k to 63.000£. During the interview I was told the day pay rate was 12£/ hour. They promised a 15£ per hour in a month or so (who believes it?!) Not happy. (limited experience) PS: the guy was great and maybe someone else can tell a different story.

   As a customer to Cargo Express i have to say my over all experience is a well deserved five stars, nothing is ever perfect but the efforts put in by the office staff and drivers has been commendable, we have had issues along the way but knowing the support is there helps us complete our delivery of our materials to site.

   Ok place to work. Some trucks and some trailers are well passed it. But they are updating fleet. I found them easy to work for and I find they leave you alone to get in with it. Yard and building well run down. But again they are relocating. Only reason I’m not there now is I don’t want full time over 5 days. But if u r looking to work for them they are ok.

   Shocked -when after being told a delivery date by Furniture@Work Ltd Cargo express phoned to say they had my delivery on board 3 days earlier-than planned - and was on site waiting! I had to rush back from work, furious! BUT The driver was so charming and helpful, ALL anger dissapated! WELL DONE Cargo Express for Randell Spencer, the world would be a better place if there were more like him!
