“I have today had a delivery from Wickes using City Sprint as their delivery company. This was for 30 packs of laminate flooring, the agent when informed we had no back access to our property hand carried all of them to the front of the property to ensure delivery was completed, he did not moan or grumble and remained polite and courteous the entire time. It was sad that he had not been supplied the necessary equipment by his company to make this easier for him and as a disabled customer I could offer little to no assistance. It is people like this that the company should be using as an example for others to follow. A lovely man. All round excellent service.”

Right from the beginning of the enquiry until the job was done everything was well communicated, an honest decent price was agreed on, Martin and his team were very helpful, made us laugh and got everything done so quickly! for me communication is key, and the team provided it brilliantly from informing me of there delays, and also confirming the booking few days before hand. Along with Martin, Bobby Joe and Craig all deserve a pat on the back for there dedication, and creating a friendly environment, they were all respectful and careful when handling our furniture and belongings. “I'm very happy to have found Ray's Rescue when I needed rescuing.... I got a puncture while on my way home from work and I was stressed of the situation. Made a phone call and felt better instantly as I was informed on the price and time scale within a minute. I was 20 minutes away from Rays Rescue and they drove out and repaired my car in rapid time. I was so happy with the service and price I got a second tire changed which I had been meaning to get done for weeks as it had a slow puncture, I had this quoted for from a different company and they was asking for more money for one tire than Ray's price which included recovery and two tires! Need I say more? Thanks Ray's Rescue I would recommend to anyone going forward.”

“A group of us are the bingo girls, we spend our winnings on trip's out. Advised by family, has they knew the singer Corrine, had a brilliant night out with ABBA songs. Fish and chips included in price. Really enjoyed the boat trip celebrating birthday's for two of us. Taxi there and back, had a good drink, dancing and laughing. Had a good laugh with the other quest's on board and the boat staff!. Definitely recommend a good night out. The only thing we all think the canal could do with a good clean up, smelly at times! Richard quite often comes to collect our pallets as a driver who is excellent and the majority of drivers who do come here do go the extra mile to get the pallets on.”
