I believe great prices for what you get and look for as we are currently doing the garden. No fuss and no issues for delivery. People inside were helpful due to trying to add something else onto an existing order so cannot complain.
I phoned in the morning to enquire about pillar caps and was advised they had some in stock. I drove to the store to pick them up and told they didn't have any and to prove who i phoned and who i spoke to. I cross-referenced the phone number that i had dialled from my call history and ran through the conversation. It was established that I had called the right place and the person who advised me had gone home but they couldn't help. I'm not overly impressed with the wasted trip and then having to prove my conversation but we move on!

They got everything here, and loads of it. Prices reasonable. Unique way of presenting goods outside means you take your receipt and they collect them on forklifts back to your car. Helpful pleasant staff so will be using this place again

A first class builders merchants. This place has helped me with a number of large projects always have got all the products in stock before I've started with a project. Delivery is always on time and on the day stated. This builders merchants stocks thousands of products and they have a magazine with all prices with VAT included so you'll now that the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras. But they don't like you taking pictures of the products says the grumpy Indian young man.
