Absolutely fantastic service! I used their same-day delivery and was impressed from start to finish. The driver was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with, and the company clearly takes pride in what they do. I’ll admit, I was a little unsure at first after seeing the 3.1 rating, but honestly, that doesn’t reflect the quality of service I received at all. They went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful delivery service! I ordered a few gardening items from Wickes that were heavy duty. I had two delivery’s from CitySprint and I can honestly say they offer a 1st delivery service and their delivery drivers are gentlemen that are respectful and kind. My delivery driver Karl (B26) was simply amazing. He helped bring my heavy items into my garden with a smile. Thank you so much CitySprint for a wonderful delivery service and a huge thank you Karl.

The delivery man was rude and offensive. I have never been spoken to like the way he spoke to me. I was given a delivery window of 4 hours. Expected delivery was at 11am, i had been waiting since 7 am. I popped out for food at 10.20, he arrived at 10.28 saying he will just refuse to deliver and return items. I told him to either wait for me or leave items outside. He wasn't having any of it. Said he will leave. But the manner he spoke, absolutely rude, and disrespectful. I ordered from wikes, citysprint was doing the delivery. I will also speak to wickes and refuse to do any business with them until they change delivery service providers

Being on a 12 acre farm and having a disabled child in a wheelchair, it can take me a few minutes to get to the main gates. The intercom starts ringing on the phone, so I rush over to the gates to get there, at the same time the horn of the van is repeatedly blasting off; and I can only go as fast as my child's wheelchair can move from the side of the pond so I can safely leave her to get to the gate. When I do get there, I find the delivery guy staring round the side of my gates down my drive, so I let him know that I did not appreciate the fact that he doesn't even give me chance to get to the gates when he can see the size of my drive and land, in which he told me to 'chill out'; maybe these two delivery drivers should take there own advice and give people chance to answer their gates. He then asks me where I want my sand leaving, so I asked him to just leave it at the gates, in which he hops in the van and drives off without leaving it, and marks it as delivered. When you phone the company, you get the feeling that they have no control at all, they say we will investigate it send us footage etc, but do not mention in the whole phonecall the actual items that you are waiting for to be delivered, so your left with no delivery and now I need to ring Wickes and tell them ,who I am sure will be more keen to help than CitySprint themselves. The reviews for this company speak for themselves, it is what it is and that is definitely not the company you want for any delivery.

Awful company. They pick up and deliver for inpost lockers but just go onto the inpost socials and see the amount of 'missing' parcels. Shambolic service. I brought an item on vinted 2 weeks ago seller posted via inpost locker courier picked up on 23rd December no updates since clearly been stolen by the courier or someone at warehouse. Shocking. Avoid

Have waited in all day for my large Wickes order. I am disabled so was waiting for the courier to ring the bell so i could ask them to place inside the garage doors via the driveway until my husband gets home. After waiting all day i finally get a text to say my large order had been delivered and signed--WASNT SIGNED FOR AT ALL!. I have a security camera. No one knocked my door or called me to ask where i wanted it. Instead, it was put all along my path where i now cant get my wheelchair along and my poor husband will have to carry THE HEAVY items all along to the garage after work. So much for paying for delivery! Hopefully it wont get stolen as i cant move it myself until my hubby is home!

Delivery was due between 8am and 1pm. Delivery did not arrive. I called City Sprint who diverted my call to Wickes - they said I must wait until the final deliveries could be made at 7pm. I cancelled a hospital appointment to await this important delivery. The items did not arrive. The next day, I checked the online order status, and City Sprint had told Wickes that the items had been delivered. I spent nearly an hour on the telephone to City Sprint who could not find any way to find out about this failed delivery/delivery fraud, as I only had my Wickes order number which their system does not recognize. They have no way to look up deliveries based on the customer's name, address or post code! Wickes were also unhelpful as they had the items as "delivered", I was no longer a customer, and they just referred me to their website - which said it was delivered. Waiting to hear about my complaint...

CitySprint is a joke!!! Ordered from Wickes twice and twice we had problems. The first time they didn't show up in the time slot they provided and today they didn't show up at all, sending our goods back to Wickes. Apparently, the “driver” was outside our house at 11:45 stating no one was at home even though we were, no contact from a driver. Terrible service, no one is ever available on chat and the advisor on the phone is unable to resolve any issues.

Very pleasant team, had a delivery of sand and gravel from wickes, as we have no access to our back garden I was able to let them use a trolley I had, which made their job easier as lugging heavy stuff is not good. I would politely suggest you supply your delivery teams with equipment to enable them to do the job in difficult to access places. They really appreciated me having a trolley at hand, and deserve to have this sort of thing on the van for those heavy items.

I have today had a delivery from Wickes using City Sprint as their delivery company. This was for 30 packs of laminate flooring, the agent when informed we had no back access to our property hand carried all of them to the front of the property to ensure delivery was completed, he did not moan or grumble and remained polite and courteous the entire time. It was sad that he had not been supplied the necessary equipment by his company to make this easier for him and as a disabled customer I could offer little to no assistance. It is people like this that the company should be using as an example for others to follow. A lovely man. All round excellent service.
