   I have used The Range previously for online purchases and found the level of service to be second to none. However, when we decided to visit the King's Heath store, in order to view an item before purchasing, we found the staff to be indifferent to our needs and relectant to help. Although the app/website showed that they had 6 of the relevant items in stock, the item wasn't on display. We were told that the items were probably in the stock room but no one could be bothered to look for them for us. I then asked what would happen if we placed a click-&-collect order, would they honour that? To this we were told that it would probably be cancelled. I did exactly this and yes, the order was duely cancelled. To actually knowingly have the items in stock but have absolutely no intention of finding them, shows such a low level of customer service that I have never witnessed before. We later ordered the same items from the Oldbury branch which was completed immediately. Good for them, but I think the level of disorganisation and lack of service at King's Heath is letting The Range down in my opinion. Won't be going there again!

   Weird place. Feels dead. One staff member didn’t know if they stocked the items I wanted, and couldn’t be bothered to go and find out. Suggested I ‘went and looked in the far corner of the store’, which is pretty massive. Another staff member told me they had none of the items in stock that I wanted, didn’t know when they’d be back in, and agreed the whole place is weird.

   Excellent place to shop for all your house hold and garden items..bit disappointing that I couldn't get a industrial chrome fan here although other choice was available..although I felt disappointed I would still visit this outlet as I didn't get what I wanted at this store but obtained it from one of their other outlet..well worth visiting for shopping or just browsing..

   I was shouted and screamed at my a staff member because I tired to get an exchange for a water bottle which broke after 10 days.I had the proof on my phone my bank statement. Then 3 members of staff ganged up in me and refused to refund me. Zak the store assistant needs more training as does Veronica who told me staff are not allowed to lift anything heavy when I asked for help with a bag of cat litter. Get a trolley and do it yourself. The shop is great the workers and managers need training on customer serving skills and the consumer rights act. Appalling staff I was so scared of Zak I actually thought he was going to come after me. Will not be going here ever again.

   Shocking customer service from the lady at the checkout. Barely spoke to my mum when she was paying. Very rude and even made her feel uncomfortable to the point where she was rushing. She has bad eyesight so it takes her a while to put her pin in. Worst customer service I have experienced. It was around 3pm and only one checkout was open. So it should be easy to work out who the customer service assistant is! Appalled to be made to feel like this. Been put off visiting the store.

   I am a disabled customer and struggle with any bending or lifting...I arrived asked 2 lovely ladies at the customer services and they got a gentleman called Zaheed to help me, he even helped with the till and put the items in the car This made me feel independent and I didn't feel pitied or that I was a pain in the bum Thank you so much to the staff it means more than you realise!

   Every year my housemates and I aim to get the most wonderful huge Christmas tree. And we don’t let not having a car put us off. Today I saw this especially magnificent tree in Kings Heath Homebase, and had to have it. Dave and the team there went above and beyond to make sure I had the easiest homeward trip possible. I can’t commend them highly enough. Thank you!
