Ample parking. Went to collect online purchase of cordless grass Strimmer. Was able to refund and purchase upgrade model, which allows to obtain a free battery. Great service. Also, bought grey coloured folding chairs x 6.

Store was helpful as I returned a Grohe kitchen on display at Chester Rd Sutton Coldfield. The tap was an ex display with tap r tails cut off. Was advised that I could fix new tails. Searched youtube and for this make of tap that was not the case. Staff at Harborne La Selly Oak dealt with me kindly so big up to customer care and till assistant on Sunday around 1300pm

Went to buy Grass Strimmer. Couldn't find it, asked a member of staff who was not very helpful. " If its there it will be infront of you but most likely everything is sold out in the gardening section." Wow I replied. She was even going to come and be helpful in finding one with me. Was about to leave but then I looked up and found a load of boxes. No one to help so I got a long stick and moved the boxes. To my surprise it was the one I was reading up about before hand. The quality of garden strimmer is one of the best I have used in the last 15 years or cutting my garden grass. If I didnt help my self I would have left and not used Homebase. Not happy with your service home base.
Store is clean and easy to get to, bit of a nightmare getting out at peak times however due to road works. Pretty much everything you need for DIY is available here, plus home improvement. Parking is good, but not a very big car park. As others have said, staffing is poor and most are useless to support you in your purchase having said that, one or two have been very helpful.

The homebase staff a very helpful at this Selly Oak branch. I put a wall paper brought from this branch and after putting it up it had a factory defect on the paper. It had a mis print where some of the colour transferred onto the plain part and when I informed the management and show them some pieces what I had left, they was very dear to give me full refund on the wall papers. Also you can get easy parking, out side with designated disabled, parent and children parking, motorcycle parking etc. You can get some good bargains here and they have a big clearance section. We'll done staff and management at this branch. Always willing to help and jolly
Good store has a nice garden center range and helpfull staff. Bought af few annuals and some seeds. Would recommend but only conern is carpark, can be a nightmare as little odd for parking at peak times. Just behind the retail park so maybe use that car park instead?
