   We've been using PGS Global Logistics Ltd for sending oversized pallets to our customers, including corrugated sheets, box profile metal roofing, and steel flashings. Their courier service has been consistently reliable, with no issues in handling or delivery. Pallets always arrive in excellent condition and on time. Great communication and professional service — highly recommended for anyone needing dependable pallet delivery.

   Without a doubt the worst company for distribution there is. We have dealt with this company in different shapes and names for more than two years. I can honestly say every month there is more than three issues that we experience. This can be a small as forgetting to collect boxes, Lost boxes, Or not delivering whole pallets for us. Hayley, who is apparently the Customer Service manager is without doubt the worst Customer Services Agent that exists, let alone Customer Services manager. The only person who seems to speak any sense is what we gather is the current owner a chap called Josh, the problem is, Josh is constantly not there and we have to wait a week or two often for him to get back to us. When he does get back, things do seem to get solved and sorted for awhile but fundamentally the issues are with his team. They’re not the cheapest company around but I can absolutely tell you with 100% confidence. They are the absolute worst. Avoid this company at all costs as it will only cost your business money you may think that you can save a pound or two by using them but ultimately they are going to cost you more money. We are a Wholesale Dog treat company And happy to give any reviews on this company if you ring us direct. Date of experience: 06 January 2025

   One of their drivers almost killed me and my partner by pulling out at an island and then cutting us up on a dual carriageway @ 0945hrs 30/11 in Chelmsley wood. Reg BT72 FZB and the trailer had another reg plate with "PGS 77" horrendous standard of driving!

   PGS Deliver our parcels in the DY postcode, we very rarely have any problems with service, if there was anything we needed to speak to customer service about they would be there, polite and resolve the issue in no time at all. I normally speak with Jamie and Emily Brunn who are both great.

   During my time here as a class 2 driver I experienced racism from some members of staff and bullying from the management. The trucks are absolutely nakered faulty death traps and when you voice your concern they never really do anything about it. The worst trucks I have ever seen poorly maintained , old, rusty and mostly broken. Work overload and under paid drivers. Unhappy drivers miserable environment very depressive place to be. If you don't have a brown nose you won't fit in. Poor organisation poor health and safety measures. Poor management terrible mechanics cutting corners. Very low pay for a very highly stressful job. I'm glad I'm gone. PGS STANDS FOR PROPER GRIMEY SITUATION LOGISTICS

   I dont normally comment but it was a pleasure delivering the other day. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to find out where I was supposed to be. From management to forklift drivers I talked to politeness and helpfulness were amazing. Thank you! Top forklift driver who offered to move my existing pallets so they weren't off the headboard. Really greatful. Thank you.

   Terrible customer service. We have been waiting for delivery for 4 days, the package that should be delivered on Monday is still not delivered, although today is Thursday. Since Monday they have been saying that the delivery will be tomorrow, but unfortunately it does not happen.
