   We placed a large order for an International shipment from England to California, USA. Nigel Mahon and his staff went above and beyond and provided the most reliable, professional and efficient service possible. We received our shipment in a speedy manner. Great care was obviously taken packaging the items and the shipping materials were of the highest quality. The large crate was built very carefully with the right materials and proper filler to keep the items from moving and to prevent damage.    Absolutely fantastic, personalized, service end to end! My expectations were met and far exceeded. The team collected, crated and shipped an 85kg transmission for me from the UK to the UAE. Communication was excellent as was their flexibility in coordinating the pick up. Great value for money with their pricing being lower when compared to other quotes I received and even beat out the cumulative costs of materials, van services and shipping brokers if I was to independently manage each leg. Complete piece of mind even when dealing with a rare part.

The staff at JK Francis have always gone the extra mile to ensure the delivery of my demanding packing and freight requirements, they have delivered to the remotest worldwide locations without any issues. The customer service I have received has been second to none, they are all very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail, I know exactly what will be happening and when. I only wish I had come across this company years ago, I would not use anyone else now – this company is very good at what they do!
