   Went for consultation. Car park was stowed out, made welcome at reception 45 minutes delay in appointment but unfortunately that seems to be the case these days. Consultant did thorough examination and explained in detail the way forward. Area in hospital needs a bit of redecorating.

   Brilliant experience with radiology. Reception staff were lovely. I was in, xray and out in 15 minutes. Radiologist was patient and explained everything to me. If only all hospitals were this good !

   I came in today as I needed an MRI. I suffer from severe claustrophobia and the staff were so accommodating and understanding that I was able to get through it easily. They walked me through the whole process and explained how I could get out if I start panicking and I really appreciated it- they were so friendly and professional. I had arrived much earlier than planned and they were able to see me much sooner which was great

   I attended the hospital for a consultation appointment. Everyone from the lady on the front desk to the nurses and the consultant were fantastic. Professional, prompt and efficient and very polite. I had such a positive experience that was made easier by the staff. This cottage hospital is an asset to the local community. Thank you so much, all of your hard work is appreciated.

   Had an appointment at 9am on Wednesday, thought the car park would be fine and have spaces,not a chance, no parking spaces whatsoever so if you have an appointment leave at least 10-15 minutes for parking and trying to find a side street or morrisons to park at. The hospital is in good order and staff friendly and polite but parking is unbelievably horrendous.

   I would like to praise this hospital and its staff, in particular the X-ray department and an employee Jacob, for a truly unbelievable experience. I arrived early for my appointment, was seen straightaway, no waiting and the pleasant nature and politeness of Jacob made my visit so easy. I have had many visits to different hospitals and have never been treated so quickly and well as today. Thank you.

   It's a small friendly community hospital. Parking is free. They have several disabled parking bays. There is a GP surgery on site and a pharmacy plus many other community activities

   Had to go in for an unpleasant ultrasound test. Everyone were extremely kind and friendly. They were empathetic too. All in all, I was in and out quickly. They were wonderful and I am very grateful for their help and that they are working so hard despite the pandemic. You guys are awesome thank you.
