The single worse experience Ive ever had. Left in waiting rooms for 7 hours, then I get told I need to have a brain scan and potentially surgery or I'd be dead by the next day. And by the rudest, most horrible doctor I've ever met. She belittled me, insulted me to my face, didn't take any of my symptoms seriously and went out of her way to dismiss them while being so unfriendly and completely unsupportive. Worse bedside manners I've ever seen and I hope she enjoys the miserable life she's undoubtedly created living like such a horrible person. I genuinely considered just walking home and letting myself risk death than continue to talk or deal with this awful place. Not just the doctors, but the vast majority of the nurses too, not just to myself but to other patients too. One poor old man was bleeding from his scalp and made to wait 5 hours despite the board saying the wait was 2.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were unexpectedly rude from the moment I arrived. I asked for my baked beans to be packed separately instead of mixed with the hash browns, and I was charged extra solely for that request. To make things worse, I was told—again, very rudely—that I had to sit in the outside area because I was a visitor. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and made the entire visit unpleasant. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.I also would not recommend it to any prospective employee considering joining this trust.

Experiences at hospitals can vary and yes, sometimes people get things wrong. However, our experience for the care of our mum was nothing short of fantastic. A big thank you to the Drs , nurses and especially the carers in the Modular Ward and the Rapid Response Unit for their time, empathy and care of our mum. Thank you !

The countess of Chester hospital never disappoints. God only knows how this hospital is run. Three registrars don't have a clue what they are doing. I attended my appointment, only to find out a letter sent later on that I missed my appointment but I was there. The secretary never answer the phone or emails. There is no chance to get hold of the consultants. Absolutely appalling. Been chasing a referral for three years, yet they can't find it and reluctant to re do it in fear of duplication. The best thing about this hospital is that it has an exit. Run for your life!

Our experience at this hospital's emergency department was truly positive. We were treated with care and didn’t have to wait long – just the expected time. The hospital was clean, spacious, and quiet. This was our first experience at a hospital in the UK, and we feel very lucky that it happened to be here, especially since some online reviews were not great. The staff were helpful, and we felt safe and supported – which meant a lot to us. There was no discrimination; we were all simply patients. The doctor who saw us was kind and reassuring, and that's exactly what we needed at that moment.

Had a Colonoscopy today and I felt a little nervous before I went but as soon as I got there the nurses put me at ease straight away they where excellent and a credit to the hospital. All of them angels. God bless everyone of them.

Visited today for myself. The doctors are very helpful and responsible. I am on wheelchair alone but the team help me so much to get rid of my leg pain.

This Hospital is undergoing a major refurb to the A&E.Department. there is a very nice cafe just as you go into main Entrance. Also there is a shop they sell newspapers. Magazines and cards there is a cafe in the mother & baby unit. I recommend the toastie.cheese & onion my favourite. There is parking for Disabled and general parking which has a charge. There is a car boot on Sundays.
