   Just wanted to acknowledge the first class service we always receive from Warley Carriers and in particular your driver Adam for whom nothing is too much trouble. As a wholesaler we partner with several carrier firms and over a prolonged period I must say Adam is consistently up there with the best.    Customer service is very rude. The lady on the phone does not want to fulfil the needs of the customer but instead wants to constantly remind the customer of the charges. I wanted to put complain in however, she put the phone down on me. As a company customers needs to be listened to. I will advise my suppliers not to use this company.

   Unfortunalty one of our suppliers have recently started using this company and we have had nothing but issues since. Our shop is in a timed pedestrianised zone with its own unloading area. Some of the driveres will not bother reading the sign and will just drive away without trying to contact or reason with us. When you do try to call the office they're quick to tell you that you are not their customer and any issues will have to resolved with the supplier all this comes at a price. We have sent the clear photos and instructions but still often struggle to receive pallets. In our many years of trading we have never had issues with any other depots. It's a shame one of our supplier have decided to use this depot.

   Possibly the worst haulage company I have had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. Chris Kibble over promises and under delivers on an industrial scale, he has a child like attitude, shows no humility and an arrogance associated with someone of very low intelligence , certainly an under achiever at school, in any other environment he would be considered unemployable, must be a family business?? How they manage to keep their operators licence is another mystery given they are running old scrap vehicles.
